Detailed Reviews
Lauren at the front desk is one of the most genuinely kind and helpful people I have ever encountered working in hospitality. When I checked in I needed to change my room, from no fault of theirs it was what I reserved but didn't work for me, and Lauren was super nice about it and got it done in a flash. I live in the area and as the caretaker of 2 people with disabilities I take a respite night away from home every 6-8 weeks, so I have stayed at all of the low to moderate priced hotels near O'Hare over the last 3 years, most multiple times without finding a favorite place- finally I've found my go-to spot, and it's one of the least expensive. I've stayed here twice now and won't go anywhere else from now on. Every single person I've encountered working here is friendly, happy and easy going which makes the whole atmosphere of the property calm and welcoming. The room itself was wonderful, very clean had everything I needed. I appreciate little things like more than one trashcan, a hairdryer on the wall that works well and I don't have to fish out and plug in myself, ample pillows ( yes they are smaller size but I like having firm and soft ones to choose from) with extra pillow and blanket in the closet. The bed is great as a person with back problems that's big for me, beds that sag in the middle are painful and this one was good and not too soft. Staying in cheaper hotels often I'm used to stuff not working here everything was 💯, TV remotes worked, great water pressure, nice clean tub, truely can't think of one thing about the room that wasn't just right. Last but def not least the food from bar/restaurant in the lobby was absolutely delicious. Best wings I've had in ages, great burger, yummy calamari, and even though I called for room service at a very busy time (super bowl night) delivery was super fast arrived in less than 30 mins. Great hotel, can't wait to stay there again

+1
The suite was comfortable and roomy, the hotel had free breakfast, 24hr coffee a small modern pristine weight room and the free 24hr shuttle service was ridiculously good. I came from Canada without a working phone and spent the day downtown so requested that they just send a shuttle to the train station at midnight to pick me up. I was an hour late and they happily sent the shuttle again. The Mexican food behind the hotel is freaking good and the tacos cost $1.50 with free horoscopes on tv. The hotel was free with travel miles, train to/from downtown cost $6 my cousin bought lunch I tipped the shuttle driver my two day stay in Chicago cost $34 (plus a not cheap PCR covid test at the airport). No complaints

We returned to this property while visiting family. With 2 double beds and a TV in one room, a sink and space separate from toilet and shower/tub, and separate sofa sleeper and desk and fridge/microwave and TV, this is perfect for our family of 4 on a budget. Comfortable beds and clean rooms (we did have to ask to be relocated, but they obliged) and a tasty complimentary breakfast (make-your-own waffles, oatmeal with fixings, fresh fruit, etc on REAL plates with REAL utensils) make this our go-to hotel. They do RECENTLY charge $15/night parking fee. This property is about 10 blocks from nice shopping and Rosemont El Stop where you can park your car for minimal fee.

This morning, I had breakfast by Monalisa and it was great. The food was warm and looked as good as it tasted. Monalisa was very attentive with greeting, cleaning and keeping the food replenished. Monalisa made breakfast a friendly and comforting environment.

If you ever visit this hotel there are two people that will go out of their way to make sure your stay is Amazing (Lauren and Bryan).
Bryan was new and could tell I had a long travel day and was eager to help me get to my room quickly unfortunately him being new it took longer then expected which I didn't mind because I saw him trying to help and do whatever he could until the MGT came over to help him help me. He even remember me when I came back a few days later to check back in, he was was very efficient and the customer service didn't change it just got better.
I met Lauren on my way checking out the first time, she was cheerful, helpful, and I even enjoyed light chit chat while I waited for my final receipt to be emailed and printed. When I checked back in a couple of days later, I saw her one afternoon and she remembered me, we had some light chitchat and she was happy to help me with a few recommendations on places to eat and things to do, not once did I feel like I was annoying her and she even took the time to remember my name. I ended back in the lobby for whatever reason and she checked on me to make sure I didn't need any customer service at that time. No matter anytime I saw her she always kept that same positive, friendly, customer service Energy.
If you ever visit this hotel I'm sure these two people will treat you like they treated me.

When we arrived, parking was very tight, but we were able to find a spot. We thought you could still pay $15 per night for parking and leave the car here and use the shuttle for our trip. However, when we arrived, they told us "sorry we do not do that anymore". We were able to secure a parking spot at the nearby One Spot parking lot for our trip and the hotel shuttle came pick us up from there so we could be ready to go in the morning. The woman shuttle driver was extremely friendly. The shuttle service was very helpful and convenient. The room was a lot smaller that we are used to for a comfort suites and it could use some updating. The hotel was very close to the airport, but the area made me a little nervous with my kids. The bed was comfortable.

I booked this hotel without realizing that there was a min check in age of 21. My 18 yo daughter was stranded at O'Hare due to inclement weather. Robyn at the front desk was extremely accommodating to ensure my daughter was able to stay there for the night. Shirley her shuttle driver and Robyn put her at ease during a quite stressful evening. When my daughter showed up and her phone was dead she even offered to call me to make sure I knew she made it. The room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect distance from the airport.

I spent a night at the Comfort Suites O'Hare hotel and was treated very well, I had to go to the airport and a pharmacy and a driver was provided to take us free of charge. The girl at the reception did everything to help us and the driver Richard was sensational, he helped me a lot, he was the best driver I've ever had contact with. Very good indeed, thank you very much. Great hotel, good price and great reception. I recommend!

This is a nice affordable hotel near the Chicago O Hare Airport
Best part was the free shuttle which provides pick up and drop not only from Airport it also to Rosemont CTA station to go downtown or Fashion Outlets nearby for shopping.
Second plus point are the suites with a bed room and a living room which gives you flexibility of two people are staying.
What I did not like
Breakfast was very spartan and basic and plastic cutlery was used.
Will stay again if I need a place near Chicago oHare airport
