First stay was great besides breakfast not available for early flights. Second stay, long wait for shuttle, room keys didn’t work. Hall on 5th floor smelled like smokers. Disappointed breakfast ended at 9! Almost missed it. Debbie at breakfast was amazing and Carmen seemed to be a great help to her.

Our experience was great. Mona Lisa the cafeteria person was great in cafeteria experience. Front office person was great. The one thing is PL keep some free water bottle in room. We like the stay overall.

This is one of the few hotels in Schiller Park. I did reserve a four day stay at this hotel at a rate from their website. When I arrived, the clerk informed me that the actual rate was HIGHER than the one previously quoted and that I have printed in my reservation. The hotel is old with no USB in the room and old noise A/C in the window. The room was OK, and so was the breakfast. There is no daily cleaning of the room. The justification is that the hotel has "green practices" that results in no fresh towels, no bed making and no cleaning. These are done after 3 days of stay.

Got to love the free morning breakfast. The two workers Diana and Sherili (may have gotten names a little off). Where so kind and welcoming to their morning guest. Asking how everyone slept, their stay, and so on. While staying on top of keeping the food hot and fresh.

Stranded in Chicago. Found this spot on Skiplagged. Great choice. O’Hare shuttle. Breakfast included. About 1/2 hour by Lyft to the Magnificent Mile. Friendly staff and shuttle service. Uno Pizza on site. Gym in hotel as well. Cheers

This hotel was nice and had friendly staff. Debbie and Carmen was welcoming at breakfast. We were pleased with our stay as it was close to the airport. We didn’t need the shuttle but it was nice to know the shuttle was available.

We love to stay here because of how well they treat you! From the front desk to housekeeping—everyone is very kind. And we can’t forget Debbie and Shamil who do an amazing job with breakfast! They have oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread, bagels, muffins, fruit, etc.
