Hotel is beautiful however the grounds keeping needs to be upgraded a bit. Arrived to parking lots unplowed full of snow, ice and sidewalks icy leading up to the hotel. Parking lot is not exactly right next to the front door so a bit of a walk on ice and in snow. I understand COVID has created issues but this hotel had no food options other than gas station chips, soda etc. Was disappointed no hot food options were available or even a bar open for a social distance drink. Appeared to be a ghost hotel and it was a Saturday night. Room was comfortable and clean. Probably would stay again come warmer months and after things start to reopen.
I stayed here for a conference at the convention center attached to the hotel. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were large, the gym was adequate, and the internet was fast. I got an upper floor, which I appreciate. The lines were extremely long at the coffee shops and restaurants, so I never ate at the hotel.
This hotel was utterly unsafe. Guests walking around with no masks. Employees walking around with masks tucked under their chins. The pool area was filthy. My bathroom was obviously cleaned in a hurry - soap scum and someone else’s long hair still found in places. There was a large wedding. The head of the camera crew refused to wear a mask. Half of the guests were also unmasked. Room service is unavailable but signs point guests to it all the time! Remove the signs for a few weeks! Just a terrible experience and I’ll never be back to this Covid hotspot in the making.
Awesome Hotel..modern, lots of comfortable seating in the hotel for all of the attendees. I always look forward to coming and staying in this hotel! Beautiful room with a great view! Always love the tv in the mirror of the bathroom! Can’t wait until next year!!
