Excellent check in. Very clean hotel. Room size was great. Bathroom spacious. Super awesome towels. Quiet. Did not hear any activity in the halls. Happy with the price for a one night stay. Great location to Woodfield and restaurants. Defiantly will visit again.

To start with this is an older property that formerly was a BestWester until recently. Some things are new and others are reused from the BW. When I booked there are deluxe and standard rooms with no explanation of the difference. I asked at check in and the only difference is that the deluxe rooms have a microwave. According to them it's left over from BW. In my room the floor had a realy bad give in it that you could feel flexing when walked across and even worse it would cause a bunch of furniture to shake and make noises. Even with all the lamps on the room was dark at nigt. Whover chose thoes bulbs has goon with a high Kelvin bulb producing a very blue light. The top of the mini fridge and one of the side tables were both dirty. Both provided towels were rough and thin. I booked the breakfast fir $1 rate. The next morning I tried to redeem it. But the resturante said I needed a card from the front desk. They acknowledged the rate at check in but did not give me anything. I asked the desk and they could not find any coupons. So she gave me one that the restaurant said it was for the grab and go cereal bar and pastry. 2nd trip to the fd still couldn't find the coupons so she said your platinum elite and gave me the breakfast welcome gift card. …

Everything worked and beds were OK. Check in was pretty fast. Small gym had functioning equipment. No microwave, no coffee maker. Breakfast was just bad. Not even worth the $1 it cost, because it wasted our time. I'd go back, just plan to go elsewhere for breakfast.

The hotel and room felt new and clean, but I’m super unhappy with the staff. During my short one-night stay they weren’t all that friendly and welcoming, but what really upset me was I made a mistake of leaving my glasses case behind. When I came back to pick it up, the staff had used a PEN to write my room number and some other irrelevant info directly on my glasses case, leaving ugly, large permanent markings to this day. I can’t help but feel that this was done maliciously, as I can’t believe that someone who works at a hotel would be so stupid to do this to their guests’ belongings. I hope you don’t happen to leave a purse or a jacket behind — they might write large letters on it with a pen when you come back to find it.

The hotel is old. Not all of the room have refrigerators or microwave. There is no on-site laundry either. The desk in the room was sticky from some sauce, the refrigerator had brown stains that weren't cleaned, and the cleaners left a rag on top of the dresser. The fitness room had water bottles littered on the floor. Furthermore, there were small children running around inside and out of the bar area.

The check in process sets the tone for my hotel stays. I was extremely impressed with Matt. I also had a positive experience with the manager Jose. Great teamwork and procedures to provide exemplary customer service! The room was extremely clean with fresh everything!

there are a few properties by Four points which are in bad shape - the buildings are run down, the rooms are super stuffy like the one by SFO and Vancouver airport. However, this 4points is a lot better than those. Its super close to Woodfield mall, across the street from a Target, Whole foods within a mile etc. The building was new, flat screen TV was good: safe in the room. The only thing I did not like was there was no fridge in the room. Womp, womp.

We used the park, sleep, fly option for O'Hare airport at the Four Points by Sheraton in Schaumburg, and could not have been more pleased. We stayed at the hotel the night before our flight. The hotel was up-to-date, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet, which was important to us as my husband worked from there the following morning. He was able to do so with no problems as their wifi connections were good. After my husband completed his Google Teams meeting that morning, the hotel called an uber for us and we were off to the airport, with no problems. When we returned from our trip, we called the hotel, and they had an uber pick us up at O'Hare--again with no problems. The hotel paid for our uber ride both to/from the airport. Parking for our car was available in any spot in their parking lot. We left our car there for 20 nights in a well-lit spot and had no problems. We will definitely use them again as our experience was great, and the cost was over $150 cheaper (including the night at the hotel) than just parking at PreFlight Parking, which we have used several times before.…

Really nice rooms and bathrooms. Very nice entrance and fast service! There are no refrigerators in the room but there’s a small coffee maker. I thought it was a great place for a good price!! I didn’t have enough time to check out the exercise room or pool. It is centrally located to the mall and restaurants!

This is a great, clean, updated property. We stayed with a park and fly package. They had a taxi take us to/from the airport which was much nicer than a shuttle. The taxi was there on time in the morning to take us to O'hare which only took 15 minutes with no traffic. We waited about 20 minutes on the return for the taxi to meet us curbside at baggage claim. After getting our luggage we just called the hotel who contacted the taxi company. They hotel even called me back to make sure we were contacted by the taxi driver regarding the eta. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for the park and fly or any other stay near O'hare.
