We were at a cheer competition that made us stay in certain hotels and this was one of them. We paid 50% more because of that. Which turned out to be a joke. The hotel is under construction and there is dust everywhere- at least on the floor we were on. The second bed in a two queen room is a nice mattress on top of a pull out couch. It’s really odd. The biggest issue is the noise. We were on the third floor, which is the top floor, and it was SO noisy! Usually I like the top floor because you don’t have people walking above you. But here, the people below be were just as loud! We bring a loud box fan to hotels to drown out noise, and it still woke me up. And brace yourself if someone on your floor let’s their door shut on it’s own. Literally, it might as well have been our own door slamming and the entire room shook. The only reason for giving it two stars instead of one is because the beds were very comfortable and the blackout blinds were actually blackout blinds. Unfortunately, those were mute points because the noise made it almost impossible to sleep.

This hotel is top 3 worst hotels I have ever stayed in in my life. Management pounded on my door at11:15 pm ask me my I was still in my room I should have been checked out hours ago. I just checked in 5 hours earlier for a two night stay. Fire alarms went off three times at 4:15 am. No shelf in shower for soap or shampoo. Rooms smells like cigarettes window was left open when I checked in. I’m guessing cleaning staff or construction crew was smiling in room and was trying to get rid of smell. Breakfast was uneatable. Front desk staff could not offer assistance with a manager or a corporate phone number. The sad part is I still have one night of my stay left. Do not stay here

Wow Booked this little “gem” on Hotel Tonight. Didn’t tell me that it had changed flags, nor that it was under construction, nor that the only rooms left were OLD run down rooms, nor that construction was up until 6 pm, nor that the few rooms available were on the second floor between the construction on the first floor and the third floor and the roof, jacuzzi out of order (not that I was going to use it, breakfast area was storage for furniture.... You get the idea. (I feel safe...see photo) Horrible Comfort Suites / new Four Points I give you ZERO points!

Room on ground floor - no wardrobe/closet at all. Ironing board mounted opposite bed haphazardly. Room lighting so dark I had to open curtains so see to iron - luckily it was daylight outside. Room on ground floor and windows left unlocked - doesn’t make me as a single woman traveling feel safe. Seen enough to know I won’t be back here for business travel.

Horrible check in. Be prepared...even though they have your credit card captured in case of extras...they charge your card $50 per day! NEVER had this happen at any other Choice Hotel. Took SEVERAL days for it to be credited back to my card. When I told the manager I would just cancel my reservation, he said "I'm gonna charge you for tonight no matter what you do." NEVER been treated like that by a manager.
