This place is awful. I will spare you all the details, but unless you are homeless or love to smoke in your room, find another hotel. Rude owners, no housekeeping services, smelly smoky rooms. Lots of other better choices in the area

This was the worst place to stay we found dead bugs in the picture frames, I got sick & the front desk would only give us one roll of toilet paper, & the room service did a horrible job of cleaning the room

Worst place ever!!!!!!! Dirty dirty dirty. Front desk slash owners do not give a crap about this place or its visitors. We had three dirty rooms they seriously tried giving us three new ones instead of a refund. We ended up getting harassed by a drunken guest whom we had to call the cops on before they finally gave us our money back. When we thought it was one bed they seriously handed us new sheets! I said so we have him change our own bedding and they just walked away. This place needs shut down!!!! Sheets were stained, furniture was stained, bathrooms dirty, appliances dirty, mattresses had rat poop in them! No joke the worst place I have ever been!

Arrive fairly late, about 10 p.m. We booked this room on Hotels.com earlier in the day. No one was at the desk when we got there. My husband picked up the phone at the desk. He said the person answered with "what do you want?" When she came out she gave him a price. My husband told her that he paid online. She told him "no you didn't" he said "yes I did", again she said "no you didn't". He said I will show you the confrontation number on the phone. She didn't want to look at his phone. We checked our account and for some reason Hotels.com did not pay the hotel so we paid the clerk for the night. But they have some serious customer service issues. We will pick a friendler hotel next time. If it wasn't for that. I would have given it 5 stars.

Arrived for a nights stay around 5:00 pm on 12/23/17. Lobby and halls reeked of Indian food. Elevator smelled like an old dirty ashtray. Entered room that had not had the heat turned on. It was almost as cold in the room as it was outside that night. Even after 90 minutes of having turned on the heat the room remained uncomfortably cold. Heater blew out barely warm air. Front desk of no help. Heat in all unoccupied rooms is turned off until guests arrive and turn it for themselves. NEVER going back. NEVER would even suggest anyone stay there.
