We booked two nights through Park Sleep and Fly. We stayed the night before our flight and the night our flight returned. Overall, the kids and I were not impressed. We knew ahead of time that there was no pool (although seriously...) but in addition, the fitness center was closed "for cleaning" every time we wanted to use it. We never saw anyone in there cleaning anything, and they had an hour allotted for cleaning each time. Our booking had a set amount charged through Park Sleep and Fly; an initial amount which was paid up-front (approximately $70) and the remainder due later (approximately $300). Both times that we checked in they required a card, and both times they charged the card apparently whatever they wanted. The first night we were charged $210 and the second night we were charged $140, so definitely didn't line up with what we were expecting. The parking garage was a parking garage, small and cramped, always tough with our big truck but we made it work. I made sure the hotel validated our parking ticket, and the people at the front desk were sure to ask both times about it so we didn't forget. That said, when we went to leave the gate appeared stuck in the up position and the ticket reader didn't work, so it didn't much matter. Dining on-site was essentially non-existent, as the main hotel place is closed and the attached restaurant was booked out a few hours both times we checked (and overpriced with nothing good for children). There is, however, a great Mexican restaurant a short walk around the corner that had no wait and excellent food (Maria's I believe it was). Next time we will be staying at Crowne Plaza again; it is much more family-friendly, cheaper, and the parking situation is much better.

This location is reasonably close to O'Hare airport. Most likely do to Covid protocols, it was not crowded at all. The staff was pleasant and provided all of the information that I needed for my stay. We arrived late in the evening and left at about mid morning the next day. One thing in the description is the location of the shuttle. You literally have to leave the entire building area of O'Hare and walk across the street to a location that is called Shuttle Center (Door 2). It is not what you might think. Once you realize that you must walk across the street, there is an area where shuttles are staged to take you to what ever hotel you need to go. The "Door 2" location references the "doors" marked on the building at the shuttle location. The front desk is spacious and they seem to be following Covid precautions. The desk area is spaced out far enough for you to feel comfortable enough to approach without feeling crowded from anyone next to or behind you. Once past the desk to the rooms, the room has electronic door locks (love those). There are all of the basic amenities in the room such as toiletries, ironing board and iron, coffee machine, etc. For a short stay, this was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the room furniture seemed of good quality and up to date. Unfortunately, I was not able to try room service, but it was late enough to not be hungry. There is also a nice hidden safe in the room that I almost didn't see until it was time to check out. Over all, this is a nice hotel for a short stay. I'd definitely recommend this to all of my friends.

We booked a one-night stay with 8 days parking thru parksleepfly.com for our spring break vacation flight from ORD. We received an email confirmation of room rate, parking and taxes and paid a small amount upfront with a clear balance due at the hotel. The hotel not only decided to charge me their own rate (versus what was on my actual reservation), an amount that was $46 more, but then had the audacity to then charge me for a second night on top of that! My reservation is clear for a one-night stay. I have emailed and called their billing dept without success as of yet. I would be very careful about booking here and using parlsleepfly.com as the reservation agent as it appears the hotel doesn't honor the rates and just does its own thing at check in.

Main reason we stayed was for shuttle to airport service. Unfortunately no one told us you should get down EXTRA early because the shuttle only allows about 4-6 people due to covid restrictions. One family had to take an uber and another may have missed their flight (not sure). While there was another one of their shuttle vehicles they had sitting out front as well not running. They should have both shuttles going or inform people of the extra wait in the morning.

My husband I stayed at the property. Check in was fine, the room was clean, and we were enjoying ourselves. But there was a bottle of water on the night stand. Typically water isn’t in the night stand, but we hadn’t stayed at this property before so I didn’t think anything of it. When I went to drink the water, the seal on the water had already been broke - the water was open and someone may have drank from the bottle. I called the front desk and someone was very dismissive of my concerns, offered me more water. I brought my own water and my issue was not about the water. We’re living in a pandemic, I was concerned for our safety. How it is possible to know that someone who has Covid hadn’t drank from the bottle? The manager wasn’t much help either and we ended up staying one night, because he said that we would still be charged one night despite me being concerned about my health and safety. I will never return to this property nor will I ever stay at any other Lowe’s property. I’m disappointed with the outcome of this stay and had much higher expectations for a chain of this caliber.
