The stay was great! We were able to switch our room type and the staff was accommodating. I was scared and upset when I forgot my blanket in the room. Fortunately, they were able to find it but not my expensive allergy medicine? Any who, I was glad to get the blanket back at least. Great stay and will come again!

We were moved into the premiere tower and I would never allow that to happen again. The extra distance pushing a wheelchair on carpet and not being able to see the very nice view of the main building. Maybe I'll book the loews next year

I booked a room for the ACEN convention, and my stay was genuinely a nightmare. The beds were terrible quality for the price point, and nothing whatsoever was done to mitigate noise, even as late as three or four in the morning, which meant that I managed maybe 3 hours of sleep both nights I was there. I can understand letting the noise go into the evening, but sleeping is just about the biggest function of a hotel stay, and having it be physically impossible to sleep that late into the middle of the night feels inexcusable. If you're looking for a hotel for a convention at the Stephen's Center, try one of the ones across the street. The skybridge from the Hyatt winds all over the place and takes ages anyway, so it's not as close as it feels. When I tried to call the front desk to ask them to call the room on the other side of the paper thin walls who were having a screaming match ar 3:45 AM my second night, the phone just rang endlessly until I gave up. If I'd paid $80 or something for the night, I'd say you get what you paid for and try another option next year, but for the price point, there's no possible way in my mind that literally any other available option wouldn't be far far better.…

It was a nice trip and the staff was friendly and professional. The food was good as well. The shuttle bus was very convenient. The flow of "traffic" during the meetings, particularly with the various meetings was well contained and organized as well.

The Check In Staff (Yesenia) went above & beyond to make sure I was welcomed to a 5 star property! Location is great & rooms were clean with great views! Buffet Breakfast at the American Grill was warm & Indulging. Definitely a plus for business travels.

This hotel will exceed all expectations. The only negative I can say about this location is that it does not have a pool, but other than that this is an amazing location. The hotel itself is immaculate, and the staff goes above and beyond. If you would like a comfortable stay this is your place.

check in clerk was clueless as to my world of Hyatt status. even when she looked up my # I got blank look. I was too tired to pursue it further. the location is great. the shuttle service excellent. I would stay here again if they can figure out the world of hyatt status.

The hotel itself is quite nice and the staff is very friendly. The location is fantastic. For the price though, it is very lacking in "in room" amenities. No complimentary breakfast or continental breakfast. There's nothing in the room describing local attractions, places to eat, etc. No instructions on operating the TV and it isn't exactly "user friendly." I've had much better amenities from far less expensive hotels.
