Had to stay overnight on our trip. We new we would be there around 3am or so. Got there at 3:20 due to construction. Cler couldn't uncancel , the systems cancellation.We werent charged, so shouldn't have been a big deal. Well,instead of spending mimutes trying to fix it, just rebook a room for us. Its 3:30am. Once sherebooked us, we were informed the had complimentary breakfast,which was advertised. IT WAS AN OATMEAL BAR! You read correctly,it was an oatmeal bar. Too tired to argue. Finally, our room. Went into bathroom, and shower curtain is ripped off, hanging over side rail. Walked back toa front desk, to getnew room. Luckoly, we got situated at at about 4am. We were going to leave at 10:30 in the morning. Decided we were too frustrated and left at about. 9:50am. Unfortunately we missed our complimentary breakfast. Walk accross to the parking lot to Hampton Inn, better service and breakfast.

Room reeked of smoke, even though I was grilled on check-in and signed a paper saying I wouldn't smoke in a non-smoking room. I did not want to walk around the room with no shoes on it was so in need of deep cleaning. I sincerely hope the owners of this location either put an investment into the property or close it down. Huge bummer!

I stayed at this hotel after booking it on Priceline express deals. I was in town for a family reunion. After being outside at a park for over 9 hrs I was ready to turn in to get some sleep and rest. The attendant did not program the room key correctly. After first trying to get in the side door that was right by the room no success and then going to the room trying to use they key I dropped all my food and drinks( milkshakes) on the floor tiredly I went back to the front desk to program the key correctly. Very disappointed i went to bed hungry and thirsty.

We stayed here with our family for a softball tournament. I expected that the room would be more accommodating since people typically have long stays here. What we experienced was a very small room with tiny beds, a tiny bathroom that you couldn't even turn around in, and paper thin walls that allowed us to hear everything going on in the hotel at all hours of the day and night. If this had been a less expensive hotel this may be okay, but I feel that for the price we paid we could have stayed somewhere much nicer. Maybe some place that served an actual breakfast for the price. There was also no daily cleaning service. Next time we will look for a Hampton.

Hotel itself was fine but the noise was bad. I am a light sleeper and what sounded like a kid in tge room above us screamed at 3am then again after 4am, some walking around then someone closed a door in the hall around 4:30am the kid screamed again around 5am or so. I had to turn the ac down to 65 because it got too hot at 68. Needless to say I did not get much sleep and now I have a full day of driving (won't make it home though), I hope I don't fall asleep at the wheel.
