The spacious room was overall very good with a comfortable bed. The pillows, however, were hard and flat and no others were available. Bathroom size and amenities were excellent. The front desk staff were personable and professional. Nice breakfast room with sausage and eggs one morning.

This is a clean and modern hotel. I would readily stay there again. Breakfast in the morning is included. Rooms are large and clean plenty of channels to choose from on the TV. I was on the second floor and it was very quiet. There are nice meeting rooms on every floor that are open for everyone to use.

Our king room was very large. The facility was nice, clean and well kept. The breakfast was great with several hot selections. The staff was friendly as well. The staircase is beautiful though I don’t think that’s a requirement for a great hotel.

Staff were robotic and very standoffish.. hotel was very and clean comfortable though. Neighbors were a little loud…we were there on St. Pat’s Day, but it didn’t go late. They were late opening the breakfast room. Breakfast was probably the worst we had on our trip. We’re still trying to figure out how they made the eggs.

I noticed the doors opened at 6:33am and not 6:30am on that morning. With the wide variety of items on the breakfast bar (bagels, muffins, toast, cereal bars, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice, hot tea and coffee), it's our hope everyone can find something that will help kickstart their day. Traveled to Quincy for a two night stay (late valentine date). Opted for the Crowne Suite which is 1,300+ sq ft!!! It's huge! The hotel was very clean (and I'm OCD on cleanliness). The rooms were very comfortable, even the pillows. The mattress was too firm for our liking (we have a soft mattress). The breakfast was your normal hotel faire. From the outside of the hotel you'd never know it was as nice as it is on the inside. We were on the 4th floor, there weren't any conferences going on while we were there so it was very quiet. All the hotel staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is easy to get to. Definitely recommend staying there and if it's for a special occasion upgrade to one of the beautiful suites.

This is the place to stay. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly front desk staffer. Check in was a breeze. I socialized in the lobby for a while with a friend. The place is clean, and comfy. Coffee is on in the lobby all day. The breakfast room was super clean. Selection is great. We were able to enjoy a few adult beverages, The Den is open for guests and visitors.

Called hotel directly to make a reservation with Clarissa she is GREAT!! Even during checkin with Connor and Clarissa it was top notch and the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. definitely found my new place to stay. Rooms are large and really clean and everyone sayes hi to you. Breakfast had a good variety, could use more. But can't complain with the excellent customer service.

Great location, close to highway and all amenities. The staff is friendly and always ready to provide good service. A lot of cozy spots to hang out with friends. The breakfast was delicious. The price is very affordable.
