Rooms and location were both fine. Breakfast was very poor. Many items were missing and the fridge containing the yogourt was 55F according to the thermometer inside. The milk that was out was also warm as the area of the pitcher that contains ice (and keeps it seperate from the milk) was empty. Yuck!

Was a nice place but wouldn't give senior discount because i booked on line and was charged for local phone call when they say it's free.Kind of put damper on our stay.Room was clean and night guy was great. Great with dog's. Nice to have a place that will take them without charge.

All hotels in La Salle - Peru area are overpriced in my opinion. We chose La Quinta because they were the least expensive. Rooms and service were great but the breakfast needs improvement. No variety and baked goods looked nasty. We ate cereal and even went to a restaurant one day to avoid the fare at the hotel.

Wonderful hotel, very close to Starved Rock Il State Park. Very enjoyable trip. Starved Rock has beautiful rock formations, waterfalls, and canyons. Hiking was great but be warned there a lot of steps up and down the trails. You get a work out. Go very early in the morning on the weekends. It was so packed on Saturday there was...

We had never been to a La Quinta so decided to try it on our recent travels. That was not a great decision. The hotel was NOT well-maintained, as you can see by our pictures. The room was sparse - no dresser or cabinet for the microwave/fridge. The breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast area was not cleaned well. Several people...

to restaurants and shopping if you are so motivated. Breakfast was plenty satisfying--and if you have the opportunity to be greeted by Theresa at the front desk, you will be well taken care of. We found it a perfect spot to stay so we could attend a large family event nearby. We'll be back for the next family affair.

The good, the bad, and the ugly. Good: It's very friendly, quiet, convenient. The beds are comfortable. It is pet-friendly. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well-maintained. Bad: There were a couple of dogs that barked later in the evening, which is a hazard of pet-friendly hotels. The breakfast didn't have anything I could eat except fruit,...

Very nice hotel, pleasant experience. Glad I had been able to check in when I arrived after a long trip it was either 11:30am or 12noon. Nice to find a hotel that accepts dogs, that my 22lb little dog had been able to stay with me. I would recommend this La Quinta in Peru to anyone.
