Mekong Lodge is a quiet, clean and service oriented resort. Loving the friendliness of the staff and the activities they have organised (bike riding around the village) was really fun. I didn't particularly like the touristy spot - although it was still rather educational. We were brought to a shop where they showed us how crispy rice was made, how... More

Enjoyed a one night stay at the Mekong lodge. Excellent service thoughout with a call to our hotel to confirm pick up, comfortable transfers, lovely accommodation with pretty touches. Enjoyed all the activities, cycling, various local businesses to show how they make bricks, candy, rice wine etc. Boat trip to very small floating market and land market with peaceful row... More

We visited the place few months ago and had a very great time, first the place is far away the cities, that is so relaxing!! Everything was very well planned, from the airport to our return to Ho Chi Minh for the rest of our trip. The food was AMAZING, we have been really impressed with the quality, freshness and... More

After looking at our itinerary we wondered if we had tried to cram in too much by going to the Mekong for two nights but as soon as we arrived at the Mekong Lodge we had no regrets! Our transfer from HCMC was comfortable and efficient and the lodge was an oasis of calm after the madness of HCMC. The... More

After a few days in the hectic HCMC the Mekong Lodge proved to be the perfect relaxing break. Right from the moment we arrived (off the.boat) we were made to feel extremely valued as the staff arrived to warmly great us. Rooms were excellent, food was fantastic. Everything was very thoughtful - providing sun hats, bug repellant, cool water etc.... More

Similar experience to other reviewers. Food was great. Our host and guide was very gracious and shared so much information about local life. Staff were all very helpful. Rooms were quaint and the air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot during our stay. Pool is huge and in a lovely setting. All the little extras we received were... More

It was a last minute booking and really had no idea what to expect. Pick up was good and the journey to The lodge was quicker than expected. Short boat journey across to the island. Lovely greeting on arrival and shown to our very nice Chalets. Quick dip in the pool then off for a very interesting bike ride. Back... More

Two days and one night at the Lodge is a great way to get away from the city. Very helpful and friendly staff and guides. Great rooms, beautiful pool, and fine food. The tours are interesting although some of the pop rice is a trifle expensive. Cycling is a little adventure, but go soon before the floating market sinks and... More

This is a nice little hotel with a huge pool. Some rooms have a small plunge pool outside them albeit without much privacy. The rooms are quaint, especially the bathrooms (which have no air con). At dinner the staff rig a big mosquito net over your bed but at the time of my visit there were almost no mossies in... More
