We had planned to stay at a historic Nauvoo hotel. We are sure glad we found the cabins. It was a clean and very co.fortable place to stay and it had all of the conveniences of home including a washeyr and dryer on the property. Convenient and clean with the feel of the rustic times of the pioneers but with... More

We enjoyed staying at the Nauvoo Log Cabins for a family reunion. I don't know what I was expecting, but it met and exceeded almost all of our needs. The cabin (Sanders) was spacious, and had room for all of my family. I liked having a separate room for my wife and I, though the air conditioner was in the... More

I rented a Nauvoo cabin as a gift to my boyfriend for his birthday. From the pictures, I knew the cabin would be small and quaint but beautiful.. man was I blown away! The modern features were perfectly nestled into these true family-owned log cabins. And to boot, it was not small in the slightest! We weren't able to hear... More

We stayed here for just one night with 2 other families. The kitchen and open living space was great for meals and conversation. The kids played upstairs in the loft with the wagon bed and the upper loft bedroom. Beds were comfortable and there were enough towels and hot water for the morning shower crowd. We will definitely stay here... More

This was the perfect finish to our quick four day tour up along Lake Michigan to Door county, across Wisconsin with its cranberry fields and down along the majestic Mississipi river. The place is unique and looked absolutely adorable in beautiful September sun. We only spent the night and the Danielson cabin which is accommodation only (no kitchen) was perfct... More

A friend tipped me off about this place and I am sooooo glad we stayed here during our trip to Nauvoo! We spent two nights in the Howell cabin and have nothing but praise for the owners of this property. Everything was neat, clean and well ordered. Lots of antiques all around make you feel like you have stepped back... More

We stayed one night in the Nauvoo Log Cabins and just loved it! We stayed in the Van Vleet, which is TINY, but just perfect for our overnight. It sleeps 6, but the two of us were perfectly cozy. They're affordable, clean, well-stocked with amenities and have refrigerators, microwaves and TVs with Dish. Close to the town center, too!

My girls loved staying in a log cabin. We usually stay on the Ft. Madison side of the river when visiting relatives in Iowa, but I think we'll be going back here next time. We stayed in the Danielson Cabin. It was nicely appointed and slept two adults and two kids comfortably and could have slept a couple more easily.... More

My family and I stayed in the Sanders Cabin and found the cabin to be comfortable. We loved the king bed. The fully equipped kitchen was nice and having breakfast in our cabin every morning saved money. We stayed 4 nights and had 4 full days to explore Old Nauvoo which was a perfect amount of time to see all... More
