I was extremely disappointed that I was charge a pet fee after the fact. I was never informed there was pet fee of $100 until I went to check out. The young lady at the front desk treated me like I was being deceitful. I explained that I had stayed at this very location before and there was not a pet fee. There was anything in the lobby stating there were a pet fee. The young lady acted if I snuck my 7 pound Yorkie in when in fact I walked right by the front desk at check in. What concerned me the most besides the lack of transparency was that someone from the hotel snuck into my room even though there was a do not disturb sign posted on the front door. Add to the fact that the hotel had no problem charging me $100 fee, trying to get it refunded needs to be approved by management who never is around on the weekend. I think the policy should be based on the size of the dog. A $100 fee for a 7 pound dog is a big much. If knew I would be charge $100 I would have selected a different hotel.

My daughter and I shared one bedroom and my son & daughter-in-law shared the other. We were able to cook meals using the kitchen thus saving money and ensuring the picky eater in our group had something that was enjoyable as well. The living room area enabled us to have family and friends visit us vs us always driving allover the area! My family used the pool and hot tub daily! My son used the fitness room several times during our trip! The supplied morning breakfast was delicious from choices of eggs, and sausages, to making your own Belgian waffles, fresh fruit selections, and everything was continuously stocked so that even the late comers still got as great of food as the early risers. We took advantage of the coin operated laundry to save time once we returned home. We will most definitely be staying here again!

We booked for a one night stay in the area. Check in was fast and we were in our top floor room within 5 minutes after parking our car. We were given a studio suite which felt very spacious. Everything was clean and worked well. My wife did want to cook/ reheat some food, but found the large saucepan had a convex bottom, so the saucepan was rocking a lot on the glass cooktop- our only issue with the room. We managed a good sleep and had a reasonably good breakfast.

This hotel is clean, staff was great and friendly and location was ideal for our needs! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable! Paul Mitchell bath amenities. The one bedroom is great when you have someone who can’t sleep and the other wants to read or watch tv!

We've just completed our second stay at this location and are once again very pleased. We had a king room that boasts a separate bedroom which works the best for our 37 night stay. The first thing you notice are the extremely friendly staff who are perpetually smiling and always helpful. Housekeeping is fantastic, especially Monica who makes your room spotless every time. The indoor pool and whirlpool as well as the small fitness room are clean as well. Our only complaint is the breakfast which never varies; after a long stay it really gets boring. I would suggest a better waffle mix that would make the waffles palatable. Our thanks to Pavel who runs a tight ship-we'll be back!
