This is an awesome hotel. Couldn't ask for better. Raymon, the General Manager, a really helpful, sincere man. Paul and Carol also very pleasant. The service is superb. If I didn't just get downsized we would fly back and say here this year. BEST HOTEL IN CHICAGO AREA AND CLOSE TO THE OUTLET SHOPPING.
We stayed at Sleep Inn Naperville while attending a weekend conference. Our room was a small handicap queen. It was exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff did a great job. The breakfast was hot and fresh. I can see updates are being made in the facility. This location is a Designed to Dream Property so I would highly recommend a few updates to make guest stays even better…replace thin towels with thicker, better towels; consider transitioning to larger TV’s; install mini-fridges that include a small freezer; upgrade to better sheets; and maintain small repairs.
My room was clean and nice sized. It had the feel of an efficiency - tiny bathroom with toilet & shower stall. Single sink right next to door of bathroom. There was an exhaust fan in the bathroom and the shower stall is lighted - both pluses for me. My only recommendation would be brighter lighting over the sink/mirror. Bed was SUPER comfortable with satiny soft sheets! A mini fridge for drinks - always a nice touch. Simple, but adequate breakfast got me started with no extra cost for food. For a short stay, in a clean, no fuss room - Perfect for me!
I can't comment on the rooms or the hotel itself because we never ended up going here. But the management at this chain and at Choice Hotels in general is greedy, uncompassionate and absolutely awful. I booked a room at this hotel for one night at the end of June. We had to change the date to an early July date and did so online a few days prior to our initial reservation. The cancellation number showed up briefly but was never sent in email form as was promised. When we didn't show up on the original date, we were charged for the room. What followed was (and is still ongoing) a battle with the hotel and the Choice Hotels corporation, which I was told many times that no error was made and basically I was out of luck. I'm still hoping to get the money back, because I don't want them to have even a penny of my money, however, I am writing this in hopes that they won't get any of your money going forward either.…
Looking for a low-cost hotel in the Naperville -Aurora area? This is one. It was very clean. Basic hotel room. Comfortable bed. A little noisy one night - not sure what it was. Music - off and on. Breakfast was okay but not much. Pre-made scrambled egg patties, sausage, breads, waffle maker, some fruit and cereals. A little crowded in the small breakfast room. Very nice desk clerk wen we checked in Convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. Just off I-88.
