I would think other potential guests would want to know this. I spoke to Lucia, and I wanted to reschedule a booking I had just made the day before because my son was up all night and I wanted to make sure he wasn’t getting sick. I asked to reschedule from a Saturday to a Wednesday so I could be sure, and they wouldn’t switch the date. So beware that they’re not making accommodations for this and you could be staying with others they wouldn’t let switch.
I was at this hotel for a three-night stay and used the conference room on the 12th floor all three days. Everything was excellent. My room (not a suite) was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was especially spacious. I really liked the way all the lights went out at once, but you could leave a night light on in the bathroom. The conference staff was very good; the water/coffee/ice was freshened several times during the day. When I did not have time between meetings to get lunch, someone brought me a sandwich. The hotel coffee shop/bar was fine for breakfast. The restaurant was not very busy, but I had attentive service for dinners. This was especially nice as I was eating alone all three nights. The food was pretty good, but the menu was somewhat limited, unless you wanted pizza. The kind service made up for it.…
We reserved a large corner room, which had two giant windows giving the room a lot of natural light. The room itself was rather spacious and would be comfortable for a longer term stay if necessary. The bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped and expected, but it was decent. There was some highway noise from vehicles despite being on the 11th floor. The bathroom was huge, with a tub, separate walk in open shower, and doorway to the toilet area. The bathroom also has two drawers underneath the counter top, which is great for storing extra items. There is a TV in the mirror (no thanks for us, but some people might like this) and a makeup mirror on the counter. One of the light switches turns on a neat nightlight that comes on underneath the bathroom counter. The bath towels are super long and thick. One downside is that the wall next to the bathtub is like a glazed/frosted glass window, which means that if someone gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, then the light shines through right into the room directly next to the bed! A few days before our stay, I had received an e-mail indicating I could choose three personal items (e.g., lavender infused pillow, noise machine, newspaper, etc.) during our stay. However, after doing so, I then received an e-mail indicating that two of the three items I chose were not available due to the pandemic. My suggestion is to not send the standard e-mail then so that people don't have the option of choosing items that aren't currently available due to the pandemic. Upon our arrival, we received two beverage vouchers to be used at Lavazza, which my husband used to get coffee for himself in the morning. We would like to return here again in the future, post-pandemic, to get the full experience and extent of what we might have missed.…
Very clean. Incredibly friendly, light and spacious. Felt secure and safe. The staff and restaurants on sight made every effort to comly with restrictions in place. Would recommend and will stay again in future.
Loved this hotel. Rooms are gorgeous, well designed with plenty of room. Beautifully decorated for the Holidays. Brunch was good. Service by all departments was outstanding. Only minor complaint is the bar closed before midnight on a Saturday.
