Beware, the hotel has no housekeeping services. This information was not disclosed when I booked the hotel. I was told when I checked in there was no housekeeping. Really, this does not sound like a luxury hotel. After expressing my shock I was told there was no standard housekeeping services due to Covid-19 precautions but I could request services when I was going to be out of the room for several hours. The next day when I was leaving for a few hours I noticed the front desk and the employee started I was given the wrong information and only guest that stay 3 days or more get housekeeping. I won't go into all the details but I also noticed other areas and trash cans were not cleaned throughout the building. Parking is limited unless you want to use the parking garage which is not directly connected to the hotel and no security. Just walk fast if you have to use the garage at night. The room itself was nice if you are ok with not knowing whether the room was cleaned due to their housekeeping issues. Last time I will ever stay here. So disappointed in my experience.

Hotel's Favorite
I was at this hotel for a three-night stay and used the conference room on the 12th floor all three days. Everything was excellent. My room (not a suite) was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was especially spacious. I really liked the way all the lights went out at once, but you could leave a night light on in the bathroom. The conference staff was very good; the water/coffee/ice was freshened several times during the day. When I did not have time between meetings to get lunch, someone brought me a sandwich. The hotel coffee shop/bar was fine for breakfast. The restaurant was not very busy, but I had attentive service for dinners. This was especially nice as I was eating alone all three nights. The food was pretty good, but the menu was somewhat limited, unless you wanted pizza. The kind service made up for it.

One night solo getaway to rest & recharge. Booked here since it wasn’t a far drive, but still wanted a 4-star experience. They consistently got the little stuff wrong, and overall I’d say it didn’t meet expectations. Dirty dish-ware provided with room service. A soaking tub with broken drain. A 6:00am alarm left set by previous guest (the service team didn’t reset it) that woke me up much earlier than desired. It was disappointing, and I’ll try somewhere else next time.

This is a nice place, suited well if you have business or play in the local area. The rates though don’t coincide with the current conditions of the hotel. The lack of maid service means that the hotel is not being cleaned routinely, which during COVID is disturbing. The carpet in the elevators was filthy with glitter, stains and leftover guest debris, the hotel room was moderately cleaned but not spotless, an expectation of mine when a hotel boasts itself as “luxury”. The hotel is in the suburbs, not downtown, so that requires a drive to everything and the rates should be moderately priced to accommodate not trying to recover for loss revenue of 2020. Check in was slow due to lack of attendants and the woman at the desk was not the friendliest at checkin, but got the information to me. The checkout agent was a different story, he was very nice, so I would rate service as overall average. I would suggest it to friends or family as a secondary option to one of the other hotels due to price point because it’s truly not the definition of luxury nor anything particularly special, but definitely a nice enough hotel.
