It was the worst service ever… My car was towed while I was staying in the hotel and no one tried to contact me nor was I told that the area was only for loading. When I parked, there were other 2 cars that had been there for more than 20 minutes, which made me believe it was ok to park as no sign saying that is prohibited parking exists there. In addition, when I checked in on Wednesday night and asked about the parking policy in the street the person at the front desk said nothing about not being allowed to park in that spot. Yesterday afternoon when I parked, there was someone at the front desk who saw me come in and out. Yet this person said nothing and the security people called the towing Company without trying to reach me (my phone and e-mail are recorded in the room information that the hotel has). Other issues were experienced during my stay including the yellowish water with bad smell that came out from the bathtub the same day I checked in for which I called the front desk and they sent someone to fix. Then, my 1 L water bottle was discarded yesterday afternoon while being almost full although I did not request room service as I had the indication on the door not to enter to clean. I was not able to use the bathtub during my stay as the switch that changes from shower rod to the bathtub faucet got stuck… I also called for this and the only thing they did was leave it on for the tub but when I tried to go back and forth with the shower rod it would again get stuck. In short, I feel my stay was not a pleasant one and the customer service I experienced was highly deficient. In addition, I had to pay Uber and $218 for the towing services and the hotel manager did nothing.. no refund no credit … anything… for a hotel that is supposedly top this was worse than staying in any other property that would cost 1/3 of the price.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 32nd anniversary and spent the evening at the Hotel Arista. Prior to our stay, since we had never stayed there, we stopped by the hotel one day and asked to see a few of their finest suites & rooms. We were very pleased with one of the hotel staff, Jake, that accommodated us with providing a tour of the suites & rooms. We made the reservation and the suite we stayed in was amazing. Our room was the Gran Luxe Suite with a very clean and very comfortable King bed, large living room, separate shower, large soaking tub, double his & her sinks, his & her robes. Also in the bathroom is a TV built into the mirror and lighting was great. In the morning we ordered in room breakfast. Eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, toast and Lavazza coffee. I was impressed in the speed of the service, the appearance and quality of the food. I also want to mention that the evening hotel staff was very accommodating as well as the evening Bellman and I highly recommend this hotel for either business or pleasure.

We recently stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The hotel along with the rooms were top notch. Would definitely stay there again when we are in the area. Several dining choices within walking distance was another plus.

Made reservation months in advance and got a handicap room with nowhere to hang my two dresses, which I brought for a wedding. Also, no privacy, the toilet/sink/shower are all in one open room. I found the room to be terribly inconvenient. Beds were not made even though I did not put out a privacy sign. Although the staff seemed friendly, they did absolutely nothing to help me. The drapes did not close all the way and the pocket door to the bathroom was impossible to open. Avoid staying here!

We stayed one night at Aritsa and found it to be very nice. Our services started with messages and email regarding what are personal special requirements were . It was nice that they made thise effort even for a day stay. We requested early check in , late check out , humidifier and fan in the room. They kept everything. The best thing i liked was the room 's tv had a welcome message ( personalized one) along with soothing music. We ordered breakfast via room service which was delicious and good portion size. The only thing we didnot like was breakfast service by the lady who forgot spoons and it took almost 30 mins for her to come back with spoons and milk and by that time we were done with breakfast. Second thing kind of felt cheap for such a nice property was that 200 ml water bottle was charged at 5 dollars. They could have easily given that for free with the room. We tried their Che Figata restaurant for dinner and lunch next day. The service by our waiters ( Juan and Ozzy ) were awesome. The food was appetizing and well plated - meat board, gelato trio ( our favorite was berry cobbler) , sandwich, Tiramisu and Cafe latte.
