I was traveling with my 93 year-old Father so he could meet his first Great Grandson and participate in his baptism. Charles greeted us with his amazing smile, he treated my Father with such respect and care. In fact, Charles took great care of us from the minute we walked in the door to the next morning when we said our good-byes. We'll be back and thank you, Charles for making my Father feel special.

Charles took of us and our bags. He made sure our bags were taken care, stored, and packed away. The hotel rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The food was reasonably priced and well made. Will be back if in the area again.

We came from North Carolina for my wife's graduation. Upon arrival we were greeted by Charles Cook who assisted with our luggage. Charles was extraoridinary, very customer focused and concentrated on making sure we had everythiing we needed. How freshing it is to have a person who is professional, courteous and very personable. We stayed at the hotel for a few days and had a great experience. Rooms were great, service was great and staff were very accommodating to our needs. The gentleman who checked us in was fabulous. Remembered us including our golden retriever by name. I'm sorry but don't remember his name. During the day, Charles Cook was very friendly and reached out to help us. He always cheerfully greeted us whether going for walks or heading out for visits or loading our car. Everyone at this property made our stay enjoyable and fun.

When we arrived at the hotel, our suite wasn’t ready, but we had family coming in and needed to get into our suite as soon as possible. The front desk staff, Celina helped us get into our room quickly. She found the perfect suite before any of our family members arrived. We were able to get settled and it all worked out very well. Thank you Celina for being nice and accommodating us!

The smell in the lobby is the best smell ever, I wish I can purchase it for my home. The room are big, clean & pet friendly. The toiletries are Cruelty Free and the actually smell sooo good, love it. The bathroom have bathrobe that a great plus. My only complaint is there no room service as May 2022 they told us they stop during Covid and 2 years later they still not offering room service. We had to order Uber eats. Great hotel I will go back 100%

Charles Cook and Fidal were happy, professional and helpful for all family members from little kids to older loved ones. Great hotel. Will definately use again. Holy Mackeral restaurant accomodating for breakfast and good food. Harry Carey restaurant had delicious and excellent bar.

We were there as wedding guests and had a pleasant time. If you're greeted by Charles, your day will be made! Other than that, overall very clean, great attention by staff and well designed space. The bar and restaurant could be open later.
