My son's wedding venue canceled 48 hours before he was to get married and I call Marissa at the Hyatt where we were staying and asked what could they do to help... The entire staff and facility bent over backwards to help make his special day, memorable. Rooms, lobby, hallways - everything clean and the COVID practices top notch. We never felt at risk. We could just focus on the event. If you are looking for a place for your wedding or event, call Marissa and the Hyatt! They were real heroes.

Stayed here for my son's wedding.Hotel was 5 minutes away from wedding venue. The room was clean and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Found the staff to be helpful as I wanted to check in early for my visit. Would stay again.

SO disappointed. High expectations based on the name alone. While we DID stay during the pandemic, we were not advised upon booking that many services were unavailable: restaurant, exercise room, housekeeping. Expected room to be CLEAN based upon COVID19 protocol on website; it was not! Sticky surfaces, child-height sticky handprints on wall mirror, One half roll toilet tissue, and one half box tissues upon check-in, no trash can liners, broken chair in sitting area, thermostat seemed "off", WIFI appeared spotty. Although when we asked for additional toilet tissue at the front desk, we were told housekeeping was "every other day", but did not see housekeeping, nor was hallway & elevator trash emptied until day #4 of our stay. Not located in a "walkable" area, so one had to have a vehicle or pay for food delivery service. Room had a mini-mini fridge, but no microwave, which would have been very helpful with the restaurant closed. Front desk area has a tiny microwave for guest usage, but inconvenient for a 9th floor stay. Friendly staff and on-site car rental were the highlights. Also, hotel appears to need updating, which is really not pandemic related.

We’ve been here quite a few times, but this is the first time anything like this has happened. Hair on the pillows, on the sheets- it’s obvious that the bedding was not changed. The showers had fungus and the same hair. We were given a note that staff had thoroughly cleaned the room to make it as safe as possible during the COVID crisis... I call BS. Only good part was Derrick, who works at the front desk. He was so kind and accommodating- quickly got us a new room and apologized even though it was not his fault. Hyatt, what a disgrace to your name!

I have been a World of Hyatt member/card member since 2017, so I know the Hyatt standards I usually receive, but I was really disappointed in this stay (even more so that I used my rewards night). Unbeknownst to us, we received a letter after checking in about their limited cleaning staff, new procedures, closed areas and current limited options (that we were not aware of when we choose this location, but I realize were in viral pandemic where are cutting staff, so okay). My first room I was provided, the toilet was stopped up with towels and defecation which made it extremely difficult to believe that the rooms were actually being “sanitized and disinfected”. I informed the first desk so then I was provided the room next door...For Hyatt to overlook something as obvious and visible as a clogged, very brown toilet it was impossible to believe that the cleaning was up to par especially with the current virus pandemic. I was not confident in my room being clean, but had no other place to say for the night, so I asked if there were any disinfectant wipes or sprays... Laura went in a room and came back with a raggedy towel and spic and span spray for me to clean the room with and asked for me to return when finished. I know it was not her fault but was very odd and it was so late I worried about trying to get another hotel and afraid of losing my World of Hyatt Reward Night that I had booked with them. So I went back to the room with the rag/towel and began going to work before we could even settle in from the trip. Once I was finished and ready to shower, we discovered the shower was clogged! It was literally a series of unfortunate and uncomfortable events at my own expense. In addition, I was erroneously charged by Hyatt that I was told by 2 separate receptionists (Christian at the time of checkout then Sean 2 weeks later) confirming that it was erroneous. Instead of correcting it or crediting it back, I was advised to dispute it with my bank (as if it is convenient to throw their error on the bank in addition to it being extremely difficult to contact a bank in time of a pandemic). I have stayed at this location before, the lobby is beautiful, the individual rooms are a bit dated, however I cannot stay here again. Hyatt hotel is not adjusting well enough to comfortably accommodate their guests, if anything you will want to try until after the pandemic is well over where they may be more capable of somewhat reaching Hyatt’s standards again.
