Every night we had music blaring from the main bar, a mixture of dance and rap music with lots of swearing. Heavy bass, dont expext to go to sleep before midnight - 0100 This place is more like a ibiza party resort than a haven of peach and tranquility... Whilst reporting this to the manager he said they dont play songs with swearing (just as Fifty Cent 'In Da Club' came on!)... On the last night we were moved only to have music playing at the other side of the island... Our Jacuzzi was broken, all the resort needs a refurb, very basic Tacky awful Xmas Decorations with dangerous wiring all over the place...

...We also received complimentary honeymoon decoration, cake, seafood dinner and in villa breakfast which we upgraded to floating breakfast and a good wine and fruits...

...It was all dark wood and high ceilings with so much space, fantastic air conditioning and the most comfortable beds... All the kitchen staff marched from The Spice to Nautilus bar banging pots and pans, using pot lids as cymbals and swirling kitchen implements to music...

Three days into our trip, we got FREE room upgrades to the Aqua Villas... These rooms had beautiful infinity pools overlooking the ocean... They cleaned the room twice a day (some days we only requested one cleaning)... We always had fresh towels and a clean room...

...Every night was amazing in the restaurants and the staffs who cleaned our room 2x daily raais and sabiul were always kind and friendly and always had a smile on their faces , they made our rooms very clean 2x a day which we really appreciate even we cant clean like that especially our home, housekeeping was overall the best for us as all the staffs there were very friendly and our daughter made new friends which were also sabiul , raais and many more staffs ...

I’m not sure you need to book a sunset villa as we found ourselves down at the bar area watching the feeding of the manta rays and reef sharks at 5.30 pm, which often coincides with the sunset, when we visited anyway... The paid snorkelling trip was worthwhile, if you want to explore two deeper reefs, swimming off the boat...

...The food was plentiful and delicious (I would definitely advise going all-inclusive if you can, it’s excellent value for money)... If you want to go cheaper, the beach villas were also gorgeous, with outdoor showers (fully private) and direct access onto the beach...

...We paid extra to go on a 2 hour snorkel safari which was ok but we saw just as much off the beach...

...The staff are outstanding, with friendly greetings from everyone, and personal touches by those you regularly see. We single out Nia and Reddy for there charm and service, thank you both... In our case, Mohammed was a great host, using WhatsApp, to keep us informed and booked speciality dining when requested... I must give a big shout out to the Head Chef of Spice, sorry I forgot his name (maybe Sinul?)... The villa provided free life vests and equipment is available, and there is even a life guard, or observer, on duty to keep you safe... We are both coffee drinkers and the Espresso machine in the villa was great, providing lovely hot coffee on tap, and the cleaner was happy to top up as needed... The fridge with bottled water and soft drinks are also great to have... The villa was attended too twice per day and was always clean and tidy when we came back... The paid snorkelling trip was worthwhile, if you want to explore two deeper reefs, swimming off the boat... The free dolphin safari was also good, despite only seeing a few fins, it was well organised and they did try hard to find them... The resort celebrated its 24th Anniversary, and staff are trying hard to maintain its 5 Star status...

In the Nautilus bar, Reddy was fantastic along with his colleagues who are always cheerful and Nita who attends the pool bar too... There are two excellent speciality restaurants also, The Spice where the food is served freshly cooked in front of you and the Well Done which offers tasty steak and fish dishes...

...When we arrived we got Mohamed Hussain as our personal contact on the island and he was always very helpful for all the requests we had. The communication was mainly via whats app which was very convenient... For our honeymoon they arranged a special in villa breakfast as well as a romantic dinner in the well done restaurant... Special thanks for Mohamed to organize everything and being a great host... The main chef in spice Sunil always prepared some special lactosefree menus for me as I am lactose intolerant... He is a great chef and always made us feel like a family... Special thanks as well to the waitor Sunjula from Spice, who made every lunch/dinner so special for us with his friendly attitude and great serving skills... For breakfast we went most mornings to the Aqua restaurant, where Shakeel was mostly our waitor... He always looked out for us and know in the end already what we wanted, we really appreciated all of his efforts and friendly attitude... For the last breakfast he even made us a special table with flowers, which we really appreciated... At last we wanna thank our great room attendant Subiul, who was always very friendly and did a great job... He even prepared a nice honeymoon surprise on our last evening, which was amazing... We will definetely come here again and can only recommend this beautiful resort, we always felt like at home and never have met such welcoming and friendly stuff...

An amazing place to stay with wonderful staff. We have to particularly mention in The Spice restaurant Chef Sunil for his amazing talent in preparing and cooking fabulous meals and Tharinda for ensuring our experience in Spice was so enjoyable... In Aqua restaurant the staff were also exemplary with particular thanks to Sushil for looking after us so well and the chefs who were catering for so many but still produced beautiful food... The resort as a whole is indeed the ultimate paradise, the staff were so friendly and welcoming which helped to make the whole experience a holiday to remember... Our room was spotlessly clean and was visited twice a day by the fab housekeeping staff, the whole resort was well looked after and in an idyllic setting...

...The island checked us in easily and offered us a free rep that was contactable via WhatsApp. This was so helpful and our guide Mohamed was awesome!... The island is truly mesmerising and the service was impeccable!... The staff on the island could not do enough for you!... They're all happy to see you on their island and offered assistance with anything you needed, they simply couldn't do enough for you!... The room cleaning was brilliant and very frequent as they tend to do a morning and evening clean!... Manish was one of the chefs in the Aqua Buffet restaurant, he was brilliantly helpful with the local food that was cooked on the island and was genuinely happy that we had chosen to eat there mist nights!... The island is fabulously run and the resort were amazing too, they looked after us straight from our arrival at Malé Airport, through the seaplane transfer and right the way to the island!... They also were on it for our return back to Malé at the end of the week!... Way smoother than you may imagine too.. Staff on the island told us that the speedboat transfer can take upto 2 hours... After a long day travelling we were pleased to reach the resort so fast!...

...And I have to say, our experience did not fall short of our expectations in the slightest... But more than anything else, the service is better than anything we've ever experienced, from the moment we landed on the island, the hosts really did make us feel special, so friendly and so helpful, we had a personal concierge, who made sure we were always O.K and got the best experience we could've possibly had...

...From stepping off the seaplane, the warm welcome received was the start of an amazing week. We met our host Muja, who made our stay perfect with ensuring that all arrangements and bookings we made were confirmed, and any changes required were done on our behalf... Muja always checked up on us and made sure we had whatever we needed... And what's more special is that Muja was our snorkeling expedition captain at the resort where we celebrated our honeymoon in 2012... So seeing him again and having him as our host was really a special arrangement... Chefs Manish, Prabath and Urvashi from Aqua made every dish so tempting... it took some serious willpower to not over-eat at every sitting... At Well Done restaurant, Ruwan the resident somelier made sure we got a taste of his best wines and always took the time to share his immense knowledge of wines...absolutely brilliant... To compliment the chef's culinary brilliance, the service of the waiting staff, cleaning staff and management really made our stay so comfortable, relaxed and pleasant... Setup a WhatsApp group so we could ask / request anything and she always answered very promptly... And she used it to share information about what was going on on the island... The food is incredible and the staff at the Aqua buffet were lovely and went out of their way to speak with you... They also loved interacting with our daughter and made a nice fuss over her, keeping her entertained... Particular shout out to Ranjith who quickly learnt our preferred table and drinks order and always came to speak with us and give our daughter a high five... Also thank you to Kashem for doing a great job cleaning our room and coming at ideal times around our daughters naps... ...From landing in Male the entire team was extremely helpful! We had Zuha as our host and she was so patient and attentive to all of our questions and make all our reservations promptly... Even the head chef would come to tables to ensure everything was up to par and the guest enjoyed the food!... We really enjoyed our dinners at Well Done also every night!... We even did some spa services and the staff was excellent there as well!... One of the best massages we ever got!... We did the all inclusive package and it was worth every penny...

Sudeera, Vijay, maany, ranjith I'm grateful to them all for their flexibility, hospitality and caring to make our stay feels like a 5 star resort and at the same time feels that we were among family and friends... Thank you What truly makes this island special is not only is it paradise, crystal clear waters, soft sand, the amazing reefs, but the wonderful staff!... I have gained a whole family on this Island and absolutely saddened to come back home!... We came to this Island not knowing anyone and now i am leaving with a big Sun Siyam Family!... Thank you for truly making our holiday...

...Our host Didi was available throughout our stay via wassap, if we needed anything booking or had any issues he was there to help... Sudeera the waiter could not do enough, he was on hand with recommendations, drinks and a warm greeting every time we saw him... The chef Nittin was also amazing, helpful, friendly and great with his food... We had Bubul to clean our room twice a day, he was attentive and always did an amazing job... I had always been scared of fish, and the thought of being underwater but I was guided by Azeem for a snorkel around the reef (which is as close to the island as it possibility could be)followed by a taster in the lagoon with diving equipment before I went out on the 2 dive trip with Son as my underwear hand holder!... All the team were absolutely fantastic-fun, enthusiastic and took good care of me..I can’t recommend the experience enough!... I am sorry if I have missed anyone off by name, there were some staff I didn’t manage to catch the name of who were also exceptional, such as one of the staff in the Nautilus who was on hand bringing me my fav drink before I even asked for it... Thank you to all the staff for making it a special stay x...

...We were very satisfied with our host Zuha, she always inquired whether everything was good with us and took over organizational matters. Also the guys from the dive center and the water sports center were very nice, we had a lot of fun with Mohammed, Ahacho, Son and Anto... Manish, Faruk, Chamida and many more in the team behind Nittin offered us first class food and were always interested in feedback... A huge thank you again, keep up the good work!...

...When we arrived after our sea plane flight witch was amazing we were met by Muja who was our dedicated assistant for everything small or large requests information and more thank you 😁 We booked a pool villa room and it was amazing not too far from the main restaurant and 20 yards from the sea it was cleaned twice a day with fresh towels and turn down service in the evening Kazzim he also decorated the bed for our granddaughters birthday thank you again😁. The pool was great and cleaned at least every other day the area around the pool was also well maintained and cleaned well... We went to the bar near reception most nights prior to dinner and the service was great and the staff were really friendly and attentive after a couple of days they knew what we wanted before we sat down🍺🍹 thank you Ram 😁... On our granddaughters birthday she received a cake bottle of wine in the room and in the restaurant the chefs made her feel really special as they always seemed to brilliant people and friendly they were always feeding her too much 🍓🥭🍍🍑 thank you all... We had an early sea plane return and Muja seen us off even though it was really early thanks again hopefully we will return...

...From the moment we met with our rep at the airport we had the best holiday. We stayed at the Grand Reef Suite which we absolutely loved!... It was all dark wood and high ceilings with so much space, fantastic air conditioning and the most comfortable beds... The pool and upper and lower decks were ideal too and we could watch the sun go down and snorkel off the deck during the day... We went snorkelling on the reef every day too... The island never feels too crowded or busy... Everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming... Muja was our host and took care of all our bookings and replied immediately to all our queries and requests... We were on the Emerald all inclusive package which was great and we wanted for nothing... We hope to return again soon to this beautiful island and it’s most amazing staff...

This is a wonderful resort with a picture post card view everywhere you look... We single out Nia and Reddy for there charm and service, thank you both... In our case, Mohammed was a great host, using WhatsApp, to keep us informed and booked speciality dining when requested... With sitting on the beach the experience was amazing, you must try it... The villa provided free life vests and equipment is available, and there is even a life guard, or observer, on duty to keep you safe... You only need to swim out a few metres and it’s like looking into an aquarium... We are both coffee drinkers and the Espresso machine in the villa was great, providing lovely hot coffee on tap, and the cleaner was happy to top up as needed... The fridge with bottled water and soft drinks are also great to have... The villa was attended too twice per day and was always clean and tidy when we came back... I’m not sure you need to book a sunset villa as we found ourselves down at the bar area watching the feeding of the manta rays and reef sharks at 5.30 pm, which often coincides with the sunset, when we visited anyway... The paid snorkelling trip was worthwhile, if you want to explore two deeper reefs, swimming off the boat... The free dolphin safari was also good, despite only seeing a few fins, it was well organised and they did try hard to find them... The resort celebrated its 24th Anniversary, and staff are trying hard to maintain its 5 Star status...

...Rooms are big, air con first class, outside shower is lovely... Although the rooms were entry level you could walk out of the back door with a snorkel and be swimming in minutes above the vibrant house reef park with sharks and even a turtle one evening... Adul also worthy of mention... Equipment was first class and was good to get my kids using dive computers properly... Plenty of choice and good quality... Special mention must go to Vijay, Dilshad, Sushil and Reddy for making extra effort in serving us and other guests... Finally I would like to say that The Spice restaurant is truly outstanding...

...I cannot fault the hotel staff they went over and above. We stayed in a Sunset reef villa and it was perfect... We also did a sunset dolphin cruise that was great... As soon as you arrive you’re allocated a host that contacts you via whats app and if you need anything you just message them it works very well... Our host Zuha arranged a couple of surprises for our anniversary... All I can say is if you want a relaxing holiday on a beautiful island this is a great place...

We enioyed the island for our honeymoon and everything was perfect. all the staff have seduced us and paid particular attention to make everything even more magical... The food is great, the restaurants and bars on the island always offer a lot of alternatives and everything is of excellent quality... he organized every open booking for us, gave us a dinner by the sea and made us discover all the experiences we could have on the island...

...We had a villa with a private pool .The rooms are cleaned twice a day! They can change everything twice a day (towels,…) They bring coffee, juices and water every day!... Everyone tries to make your stay as nice as possible!...

...Magnificent location, so peaceful and brilliant staff. The ambiance was so relaxing and everywhere you went the staff made sure it was a 5* experience... When we landed at Mali Airport, staff were on hand to meet and greet and take us to the terminal for the seaplane... As soon as our seaplane landed we were met by Muja, our resort host... He took my WhatsApp details and sent us all the information that we needed for a pleasant stay... He made sure the check in experience ran smoothly and booked our tables at the two a la carte restaurants... He also gave us the best locations for snorkelling too... We even saw dolphins as part of the sunset cruise that was included as part of the fully inclusive package... Make sure you speak to Ruwan, the wine connoisseur, because he found us lots of lovely wines to taste and then enjoy during our stay, to Zayan, the waiter at Welldonefor making sure our glasses were always topped up... He ensured our room was spotless, left bottles of water by the sides of bed, ensured the minibar was stocked, fresh towels and the list goes on...

...Our host Suhaib did a great job with us, always trying to give us new suggestions for activities to do and was available to help us anytime! All areas of the hotel were working well... From the diving centre, to the Walter sports centre or the room cleaning team, everyone was super professional and sympathic to us... As we were on honeymoon, we were entitled to several surprises during our stay, for which we are very grateful!!...

...The island is very beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff is extremely friendly... We would also like to mention our villa attendant - Matiur - who always cleaned the villa and always made sure that our minibar was full... The direct entry into the water is a great luxury and really nice... The wood of the footbridges to the water villas could also be partially replaced...

...The staff, the food, the island, it was all amazing... We wanted a wonderful resort that would offer something for us all... We were greeted by Yash who was very warm and welcoming... Accommodation The beach bungalow we had was perfect with a pool and the only one facing the house reef... The room was always spotless kept by the wonderful Mahish... He was always kind and smiling and just so welcoming... Island The house reef is fantastic and either side of the island offers different things... Wonderful reef on one side and Greta swimming and area to do water sports on the other... The buffet was great and the chefs cooked up wonderful curries which were great and fresh fish each day... The table service restaurants also great... Thanks to Ruwan we had the most wonderful selection of wines to accompany our meals... I could go on but words cannot express how welcoming this island is and it’s thanks to the staff...

Island is beautiful, we stayed in 3 different room types (beach villa with pool, aqua villa with pool and aqua suite with pool) and we loved the beach villa with pool most... The sand, the pool, the swing… Everything was perfect... You can relax, take pictures, go to the reefs to snorkeling and explore the nature... I highly recommend this paradise island for everyone... Also, if you choose ‘emerald all inclusive’ package, they offer free sunset dolphin tour, limitless drinks, meal at restaurants other than the open buffet restaurant...

...Staff were very friendly and always there to help. "Ippu" was our host who was a text away and sorted out any doubts or requests without any issue... Overall beautiful food with lots of variety, good vibe and picturesque holidays...

Setup a WhatsApp group so we could ask / request anything and she always answered very promptly... Particular shout out to Ranjith who quickly learnt our preferred table and drinks order and always came to speak with us and give our daughter a high five... The sunset dolphin cruise is an absolute must!... We stayed in room 149 which was a beach sunset side villa with a pool... It was ideal for us as it was close to the buffet and further away from the main bar which did play loud music in the evening as part of the entertainment... A massive thank you to all the staff that made my wife’s 30th birthday extra special by decorating the room and providing a lovely birthday cake... Overall I’d say to anyone considering booking a Maldives holiday to stay here!...

It was an absolute smooth transfer from the aiport to the beautiful Island... When we arrived we were welcomed with live music, fresh coconut water and cold towels to refresh us!... We where then taken to our Deluxe beach villa which was extraordinary and breathtaking... Honestly the best room i have ever stayed in!... Our Deluxe beach villa was mesmerising... The bathroom is set in its own outdoor courtyard with a rain shower... The sliding glass doors open onto a large terrace... A furnished sun deck, a relaxing Maldivian swing overlooking the beach... Crystal clear waters watching the fish and baby sharks swim by... The picturesque scenery, snorkelling, attentive staff, good food and impeccable service have left a lasting memory for us... This island is paradise The staffs have been amazing, taking time to come and talk to us and this has made the stay even better... I can say this is the one of the best all inclusive resorts. I love this island and most importantly I like the staff... I like the free excursions at watersports... It was one of the best experience I have ever had... Unlimited fresh lobster grilled at right in front of you and live Band is performed at Beach where we had romantic Beach setup... Tharinda, Pakku, Son, Reddy at Bar is amay... Shahaa at reception is also good...
