I will caveat this saying we were in an economy double room, but was surprised at the decor/state of the room when we checked in. Getting out of the elevator to go to the room there were chairs stacked in the hallway leading to our room, which was tucked in the back corner of the hotel. It felt like a maintenance hallway almost. In the room, the furniture seemed very cobbled together and it and the floor/coloring didn't match the photos online stylistically (I forgot to take a picture of the room unfortunately), and then the bathroom wasn't in great condition. Attached a couple of photos. The other annoying thing is they push the twin beds together to make a double, but they don't use the mattress pads that help keep the beds together so the beds would drift apart if you moved around. Overall, the hotel was pretty clean, just saw a few bugs in the room (ants mostly). The staff was helpful and nice and their parking is really convenient. I would highly suggest avoiding any of their double rooms if you're a couple, and would definitely avoid their economy rooms. Once you go the higher rate room though, might not make this hotel worth the price.

5 Star Experience. Luis the owner and his staff are amazing. Our full sea view room was perfect. Breakfast is amazing with many choices. Hotel is at the quiet end of the port away from the tram stop. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in 12 days. Exceptional in every way.

The staff were brilliant and very helpful. They were friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The whole experience was positive and we would definitely stay there again and perhaps book bed breakfast (which was fabulous) and evening meal. We do not enjoy trailing round looking at menus and many places were fully booked at popular times. The room was not massive but absolutely adequate and balcony which was described as lateral view was lovely and we could see the sea etc without having to get up. We have stayed in BandB in soller but we prefer the port. We went self catering last year and booked an apartment. We are planning to go next year and will try and book Los geranios again without hesitation. Thank you to the team and in particular Ruth who helped us with walking trails and also stored our luggage on the day of departure.

This small hotel is perfectly situated just by the sea and you can have your morning coffee with a lovely seaview outside on the boardwalk. The staff is so friendly and service minded. The room we had was a bit small but was newly renovated with everything you could wish for inclusive very comfortable beds. The view from the balcony is to die for and the breakfast buffe was lovely, it even had Cava. Book a stay!

Our Reception at the hotel was excellent. As slightly disabled, staff went out of their way to assist me. Our room was comfortable clean and modern, bed and sleeping excellent. Food was satisfactory and its location just across from the beach again fine with chairs and brollies to use if necessary. Great Indian restaurant nearby called Red Fort. Lots of cafes and small restaurants nearby making Port Soller a good place to visit if only for a few days. We took the tourist train from Palma to Soller, it was a bit over hyped but interesting. Soller received passengers and seemed overwhelmed by numbers with large queues for the trams and no taxis around to take us to the Port where hotel was. Waited for 45 mins for taxi and even then driver dropped us off a long way from hotel. I give this hotel 5 stars.

Perfect location for our family right on the beach in the port. Very friendly staff, excellent food and very comfortable clean and tidy rooms. The owner was very helpful when we had a personal issue to deal with and he leant us some equipment. Highly recommended

We stayed in the suite facing the port, what a beautiful setting. Ample and generous room size, great bathroom which is a must. A very happy holiday with our young family. They also helped us with a ladder(long story) when they really didn’t have to on a separate occasion. Stay with complete confidence, one of the best locations on the specific side of the port.

Our room faced directly towards the bay - not all the rooms do, some have a side sea-view, but each floor has I think 2 rooms which have a full view, and to us that made a huge difference. We had 2 balconies, the main one at the front had plenty of room for table and chairs, and caught the afternoon sun. Comfy beds & good A/C too - essential for Port Soller in the summer. Spacious room, cleaned daily, good shower - everything in the room worked as it should. It was also QUIET which is not something I can say of every front line hotel in the Port. What makes this excellently located (Repic end) hotel stand apart from any other we have stayed in (we've been coming to the port for 20+ years) was the superb reception team, who made us feel so welcome, and were genuinely pleased to help us make the best of our stay. The team, under Luis and Ruth, booked restaurants for us, a private balloon trip and a car, all done superbly efficiently and with a smile. Mallorca was too hot for us to go on our usual mountain walks, but thanks to this excellent family owned hotel, we had a great holiday nonetheless. Our top recommendation for restaurants worth seeking out (there are so many good options in Port Soller): Nautilus, above the fisherman's quarter. Bit of an uphill trek to get there, but great food, and the best view in the Port.

Hotel was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were really lovely and attentive. Great buffet at breakfast time (with Cava too!) and the food in the restaurant was of a high standard. The location of the hotel is perfect, at the quieter (pedestrian) end of the bay and just a few steps from the beach. There are loads of good restaurants nearby. It’s worth taking the little train to Soller town for a day, and also the scenic train ride to Palma is quite spectacular (take the bus back as the trains stop earlier and the bus is quicker).

Great location and fantastic helpful staff at Hotel Los Geranios. Luis the manager was really helpful and professional and the room and other facilities were clean, large and modern. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant menu and ate there two nights running as the location right on the sea front was as good as any other restaurant offered. Would definitely recommend it.
