Outstanding small , quiet well positioned hotel. We were met with a friendly smile , a theme which continued though out our stay . The staff can only be described as first class . Breakfast was really good quality ,and served until 10.30am Drinks at the bar were reasonable price . Lovely comfy bed , we had a smaller double bedroom which was perfectly adequate. We would definitely return . Thankyou for reading my review

We stayed for 5 nights in a generous sized sea view room with a decent sized balcony. Although the hotel is set back from the beach promenade, it is still a great location. Staff are very helpful. Facilities are excellent. Didn't try the dinner as there are so many restaurants nearby.

My husband was very keen to get away after eighteen months stuck at home. We have visited Soller many times but this was our first stay in the port. We were very happy with our choice of hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful at all times. Our room was spacious with a lovely mountain view to the right and a side sea view to the left. The cleaning staff were polite and efficient and our room was cleaned often before we were back from breakfast. The reason I’m only awarding 4 stars and not 5 is because of the menus on offer. Breakfast was a typical buffet service with omelettes on request which no one informed us about. The snack menu was very limited and the bar service was very hit or miss. There are so many lovely restaurants in the port we chose to eat out every evening. We would return to this welcoming hotel due to its ambience and location.

Lovely hotel with a calm feeling in the beautiful Port de Soller. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are airey. Restaurant has fine dining and a varied menu, I would certainly recommend for lunchtimes. Pool area is calm and secluded in a courtyard closed on all sides to the surrounding streets. There is a residential building between the hotel and the sea, which may not be best for the view, but is an advantage if you want to retreat from the promenade. Parking is available in a locked, open lot, just round the corner from the main entrance. Staff are all very friendly and most helpful and accommodating.

Spent weekend here On arrival we had booked a standard room which we found small on entry so we upgraded to a superior double which was a lot better both balcony and view on 4 th floor. Room was nice, clean, comfortable but needed a bit of updating and bed could be a little more comfortable. Staff were excellent all round most helpful, friendly and very professional. Only food that we had was breakfast with a good choice and good quality. Pool area had plenty of beds getting sun all day and the pool was a nice size. There is free private off street parking which is a bonus. Location literally set back from beach front and a 1 minute walk to the beach and bars/restaurants which are in a tranquil horseshoe harbour setting. Good for getting tram to Soller which is well worth the 14 euro return. A great place to stay and a good hotel which we would recommend without a doubt

Dear Albert883, Thank you very much for your recent visit to the Aimia Hotel and for taking the time to post your review on Tripadvisor. As you say, it is worth booking a Superior Double or Superior Side Sea View room for a small difference to enjoy the large balcony and wonderful views. We take note of your suggestions regarding the room, and will take them into account for future improvements. We are glad that our buffet breakfast made with fresh local products was to your liking. It is indeed a great advantage to have a parking lot for our guests near the hotel, as it is becoming increasingly difficult to find parking on the street. We look forward to being able to welcome you back very soon here at the Aimia Hotel. With warmest regards Tolo Crespi Aimia Hotel
