Amazing property like from a James Bond movie with great facilities and service at the highest level. I still have in mind the unforgettable views of Port Soller and the most beautiful sunset. Without any doubt one of the best hotel in Mallorca. 100% sure to come back.
Our stay was 10/10 ! Magical, romantic with breathtaking views of the sunset from our seaview room. We were treated like royalty down to every last detail and made us feel very special for our wedding Anniversary. Highly recommend! The spa and couple massage were also wonderful.Thoroughly pampered.
This is a very challenging time for all travellers and it is so important that you can enjoy a break but at the same time know that you are being kept safe and secure. From the very moment we arrived at the hotel it was obvious that a great deal of planning had gone into ensuring that all the requirements were in place. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure our family were well looked after and the attention to detail was first class . From the innovative use of Whats App for anything you needed , the use of QR codes in the restaurants and the appearance of the hotel and staff it was clear that this was going to be a week where we would truly relax and feel totally at ease. The rooms for our family were spotless as was every public area. It was clear to us that everyone at the hotel was doing their absolute best to look after us - nothing was to much trouble. The service we received at the Sunset bar from Alessandro was outstanding and he did so much to help us enjoy this unique bar. The facilities are always impressive at this hotel, the location is truly beautiful but what set it apart for us was the level of service we received which helped us have such a special week after a very challenging year. We look forward to our return.…
The views from the hotel are more than you can imagine and is literally breathtaking. On arrival your temperature is taken and then you are hopefully on your way to see this beautiful hotel. The highlights are the fantastic infinity pool, the spa and the cocktails. The staff were friendly and remembered your name very quickly. They were there when you needed them, but kept away when you did not. It is sad that such a beautiful hotel was empty due to the current Covid crisis, as it was only at 15% capacity and will have to close early this season. We had a fantastic time at this hotel and would love to return.
We have just returned from a 4 night stay and it was really poor. The good points: - fantastic location - beautiful hotel and rooms - staff clearly trying their best The bad points: - constantly having to chase for service - regularly getting the order wrong - reduced facilities with no communication about this This is roughly our 10 visit to the Jumeirah Port Soller and probably our last. We had a great deal of empathy for everyone at the hotel following lockdown but this didn’t last due to the constant issues. Most of the issues are due to the service in restaurants, we had to constantly chase to correct wrong orders. Breakfast is a joke, not once did we get what we asked for the first time. Most of the time I watched my coffee be transported around other tables and had to place the order again and again. Our dinners in the Sunset lounge were very nice but we had to wait 45 minutes just to get a drink and the food service was equally slow. One late afternoon we order room services which included a milk shake for my daughter. They actually delivered 2 but managed to spill one on the carpet. I was assured that it would be cleaned whilst we were at dinner but it was not. On return the room it really smelt, we contacted reception and were told that housekeeping left at 9pm but they would send someone. Roughly 2 hours it took to get this sorted, at one point my wife was in the verge of cleaning it herself. Needless to say our daughter was extremely tired that evening and for the last day of our holiday. I asked if the manager would come and see me the following day but he never did. Perhaps the most infuriating moment concerned the request for a late checkout. Our flight was at 10pm so we asked if we could keep the room until 7pm. It was like we had asked if they would sacrifice there first born. This is despite being told that the hotel was running at 15% occupancy. We were offered a check out until 7pm for €400, eventually got this down to €300. Having been offered a free late checkout until 4pm, so that’s €100 per hour, really! Having paid for this the situation was further compounded when our room card didn’t work after 4pm and we waited an hour to get in. Other moments include: 1. Being charged for the milkshake that was split on the floor that we did actually order 2. Almost being lock in the spa because we weren’t told it close at 7pm 3. Charged valet parking when I’d parked on the street …
