The hotel offers nice rooms with great views ...the breakfast is lovely served to your table although service at times chaotic .....advice go early especially if a weekend . We found all the restaurants lovely but formal apart from pool bars no where to just sit and chill after a lovely day say 7ish yes you can go in the sunset bar where the people are dressed for dinneretc lovely but not relaxed enough the pool area downstairs yes but again the people are dressed for dinner and only 9 chairs ......just wished they had just a bar or chill out area some lovely areas not used to full advantage so we finished in the town at lovely bar on the marina and used the shuttle.......only run strictly on the hour and taxis aren't easy ......good points restaurants are great spa and Vivienne were amazing staff just lovely ......downside formal a little dated.....pool upstairs not enough beds in a weekend no help in getting bed and towels etc lifeguard not pool boy as usual in top hotels .....stayed in jumeriah in Dubai this didn't compare for us we would do less nights better hotel (Dubai) next time as for us on the beach absolute luxury this is on the cliff steep hill and also lots of steps in and around the hotel .....I hope this is good advice for TripAdvisor users

Guest Management very friendly, and correct. No good comunication between Guest Experiences and Restaurants. ( We waited for more than one hour in the restaurant Es Fanals, because the concept of our " voucher " was not clear, which in my point of view, in a Hotel of category, this should be comunicated from start, aswell as that our stay was a special ocation ( although the hotel/restaurant was informed it was my 50th Birthday), nfortunately ,we did not receive any detail, which is a pitty. Rooms are confortable, apart from the amazing views to the sea, nothing special, just confortable. Breakfast very standard, no comunication through out the guest, how the breakfast works, what is included, what not. F and B employees very friendly. Unfortunately,in general, the " special" experience I excepted, did not comply.

Dear kimhL8942ME, thank you for sharing your feedback. I am very sorry to read about your negative experience at the hotel. While your comments on the guestrooms design is subjective I am particularly sad to read about our shortfall in communication. Indeed a pity that we were not able to create a wow factor. I hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you back one day and let you experience the level of service you would rightly expect from a luxury hotel. Best regards, Best regards

Having stayed at this wonderful hotel many times I could cut and paste my previous reviews as I am pleased to report the quality of our holiday is always the same - excellent. The location is stunning but it is the quality of the Jumeirah colleagues that make our holidays so special. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Everyone has a nice way about them to make you at ease and enjoy your holiday. We had such a relaxing holiday as a result. Anyone concerned at having to walk to your room, please don't - it is part of the experience!

This was approximately our fifth return to this beautiful, magical place. The COVID restrictions in place felt very safe and still enabled all services to continue. I have reviewed this beautiful property many times and it never disappoints, it is still truly stunning. The service is the best I have experienced anywhere in the world! (And I have to admit I am not the easiest to please!) A huge thank you to Juan, Bruno and Mariola for making it another wonderful trip and for making our anniversary incredibly special.

We had four wonderful nights here in a sea view junior suite. It was tempting to just spend the whole time on the balcony staring at the amazing view but we also used all three pools, had fantastic massages and enjoyed the restaurants. Breakfast in particular was excellent. The staff genuinely want you to enjoy yourselves and are very helpful in making sure this happens. The layout was fine for us, as was the walk down to Port Soller. We didn't use the shuttle at all and were always offered water by the staff at the door when we were a bit hot after climbing back up the hill. We hope to return!
