BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL we booked a suite for a few days in April 2023 AND HAVE JUST BEEN TOLD ( MID FEB 2023) THAT OUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED ! seemingly they have an exclusive booking and no longer want travelers or guests in the hotel even though we booked weeks ago its of no concern to the hotel we were told that there are other hotels we can go to and to organise it ourselves shocking service deplorable attitude and i,ll leave you to make up your own mind as to how this hotel treats its guests if you do decide to brave it complain about anything that is not correct - after all they can easily cancel you if they decide to - so you might as well go for a discount they don't respect the customer - neither should you respect the hotel
My wife and I spent a week here and had a really lovely time. The food and amenities were pretty much as one would expect, in other words pretty good! Room with sea view was great and always beautifully cleaned each day. But the best thing about the week was the attitude of the staff. They were without exception always charming and happy to do all they could to help. The guys outside always had my bike ready each morning so I could head out for a ride. We found the shuttle service back up from the port in the evening was particularly useful. In short we will definitely be returning
I’ve never felt so welcomed and looked after when visiting a hotel. From the porters to the front of house staff to the concierge to the pool staff to the waiters / waitresses all made extra efforts to make our stay feel special and memorable. I didn’t feel like guest but much more as I felt everything was made personal to me. Excellent hotel and service. Will be coming back again! Thanks again 5 stars all round.
Third time visiting, not been since 2018 so was lovely to be back. Remembered a few of the staff from previous visits Anna and Lolly (?) at breakfast who were so pleasant, and Leo at Es Fanals is such a lovely chap. Marta on reception was also very friendly. Also the lovely Italian Maitre D from Cap Roig Had a room with a seaview this time which was lovely, Room 3014. Have already reviewed other visits so won’t repeat. Great location and views, great food, great sunset lounge with cool music. The weather was absolutely perfect too. It is a very special place and a real find, we will be back in a couple of years for sure.
Best views on Mallorca - Surrounded by the beautiful waters, mountains, forest and the sky. The sunset is breath taking. And the food is amazing - especially the fish restaurant and breakfast is fresh, healthy and tasty
As a fan of the Jumeirah brand I was curious to know if Jumeirah Port Soller could match the energy of the Dubai properties. Let me just start by saying this property is an absolutely gem! We were upgraded on arrival to a spacious deluxe room with mountain views just spectacular. The room was quipped, modern and spacious. The hotel is a bit of a maze, as it’s in a few segments but I would say by the end of our first day we were fully orientated. The property in its self is perched at the top of A hill and you can see it when down in Port Soller. There’s a shuttle which runs frequently between the town and hotel. I must say that we were really lucky that the driver came down for us between the schedule as we couldn’t manage to get a taxi back up. What a service! The swimming pool for families is on the other side of the resort, and being September was really peaceful. It’s next to the place where we had breakfast. Again another high level establishment that serves everything you would look for when it comes to breakfast and a huge variety of cooked goods. Why not enjoy a cheeky glass of Cava whilst enjoying the view. Although we visited sans child we did pass the kids club and have a look. Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. The spa is beautiful, modern with sauna, wet room, steam room etc. There’s an outside spa pool within the spa which is so lovely and great views. The views from this property are beyond breathtaking. Make sure you head to the Sun set lounge to watch the Sun-set with an extensive menu and DJ playing soulful sounds. The adult only pool is stunning with stunning views out to the ocean. I would 100% return to this property. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and thank you for the cake as we celebrated our anniversary. Shout out to Katie and Jess who were servers. Anna - breakfast And Paula - guest services. If you have any questions about the property, feel free to message. Instagram @travellingwithgem…
Had a super break and the location, the establishment, the service the food and mostly the people were what made this little break a memorable stay. We will definitely be back where we felt like we were at home with friends.
Returned for second time this year. Stunning pool and overall location with easy access into Port Soller. Great base for cycling into either some great hills or South towards Deia and beyond. Would highly recommend if looking for a more luxurious base.
Exquisite hotel! An extremely special place where you are personally recognised and valued - by all staff - but in particular Juan and Alessandro. A very calm, mature and sophisticated experience with views that will take your breath away. The hotel uses a WhatsApp group so you can communicate with them from wherever about anything. This was a first for me and it was an excellent facility. The hotel has a very upmarket food offering which was a little too rich and fish-orientated for our tastes - although the town of Port de Soller is only a shuttle bus away (free from the hotel) with many lovely restaurants. If they could widen the food choices and create a bar that was accessible throughout the day the hotel would be perfection for us.
If you don't stay at the Jumeirah (which would be unfortunate) then at LEAST visit one of their three incredible restaurants. Ibiza was fabulous but Mallorca was so relaxing and the views are incredible from every angle! Staff really stand out as one of the most amazing elements of this breathtaking experience all around. They have a driver to drive you into town (five minutes down a spectacular curvy road) and you can walk up in about 15 minutes. It's very romantic and simply a cannot be missed!
