Didn't stay in the hotel thank goodness but the restaurant experience stood out as the worst I've ever had. The wait staff were miserable, but clearly busy so we waited patiently for our food. My partner's pizza was fine. I had ordered a Ensalada Miramar which was described as a salad of tomatoes, avocadoes and shrimp with balsamic dressing. It was chucked in front of me. It was a large bowl of lettuce, carrot, sweetcorn and beetroot, no dressing at all and garnished with a quarter of a avocado and 4 shrimp. 2 of the shrimp still had the strip of faeces within their bodies. The salad was flavourless, not dressed, and certainly not as described. It also contained the stump of the lettuce. I called a wait staff over and told her I wasn't happy. She shouted 'momento' at me and promptly went back to serving everyone else. I waited patiently until she started taking the order of someone who'd just come in. I called her over and said I want the bill. She gave me the bill with the prawn salad included. I told her I had no intention of paying for the uneaten salad. Again she shouted 'momento' and went back to work, ignoring me for another 10 minutes. We went inside and started to try to pay for 2 drinks and one meal only. The staff just kept shouting 'momento' but again not actually going to fetch a manager or do anything. In the end we just left the payment for the one meal and two drinks on the counter and walked out. IT wasn't only the appallingly bad salad that was so different from it's description, but the refusal to engage meaningfully with us to resolve the situation. It was appalling and I was disgusted. Stupidly didn't take any photos.

Stopped for lunch, service appallingly slow even though not busy, food dreadful, soggy sandwiches with cold chips, then way overpriced. Plenty of better places to frequent in lovely Port Soller. Location is very nice, but don’t let that fool you.

Lovely lunch beside the beach, I had some of the best sardines I've ever tasted! The others in our group really enjoyed their food too. Great service, friendly staff and a lovely way to relax just sitting people watching. Very reasonable price too.

Booked last minute for two nights and ended up with a sea view room. Room was basic but clean and quiet no complainants. Breakfast was not good and didn’t bother going down the second morning. This hotel is in a prime position and could be so much better but it is what it is and for the right price would stay again.

This hotel is absolutely not recommendable. Staff is rude, breakfast is horrible and the walls must be made of paper, as you can hear everything around you. Cleaning left their long dark hair in the bathroom and changed towels even we did ask them not to. Beds are good though.

Room was lovely and location was spot on. Helen at reception is great. Had a few issues w key to door not working and had issue with hiring beach towels - you have to pay 20 euro for two towels and then when you return you get 10 euro back. We paid the 20 euro to the receptionist. She put it into a plastic pocket in a folder. When we returned the towels and asked for our money 10 euro she said we never paid and then after a while she reimbursed us the 10 euro. So my advice would be to take photos of you giving the money perhaps and taking a photo of the money going into the folder. Or if pay by card screenshot the payment. Other than that it was a really lovely stay. That said you can hear everything at night - ie the man snoring next door. Also ask for a balcony. Those rooms look way better.

Small family run hotel right on the seafront in Port de Soller with a bar/restaurant/seating area which is a great place to sit back, relax, gaze at the sea and people watch. Rooms are not luxurious but are bright spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are what makes it special though. All of whom we found to be friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfSt is very good for a two star hotel with a selection of hot and cold food on offer and plenty of decent coffee to go with it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. It is excellent value in a brilliant location, just a few steps from the water's edge, the historic tram and an excellent assortment of bars, restaurants and shops.

Beautiful 5 star luxe hotel. Best breakfast you can get. Round are very stylish and modern without losing the intimacy. 37m room spacious. Top floor bar is good but not earthshakering. Unfortunately can see the ocean from the breakfast room. But even these comments should be measured against an impossible ideal. Very much 5 out of 5 (or even 6) Comparable is four seasons limmasol, Hilton resort Malta. Will try sister hotel in Valencia

I stayed at the Miramar for a few days from October 14th 2022 with a couple of friends. After reading some of the reviews I’d prepared myself for the worst. I’ve never stayed in a 2* accommodation before. As it was only a weekend we’d decided to give it a try, one thing we did know was the location was good. Yes the hotel is a little dated in some areas but I’m not deterred by a traditional look & everywhere was very clean. Our rooms (overlooking the port) were lovely, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus, beautiful views & it wasn’t noisy at all. Staff were lovely & accommodating, housekeeping daily. Breakfast was more than adequate. Didn’t have any other meal’s as the bar’s & restaurants were so inviting. I’m an honest reviewer & would definitely recommend this hotel for the value. Yes it’s not 5* but it’s definitely an extremely good 2*. I’ll definitely return without hesitation.
