The Lodge's Great Room & view of the IL R. from the patio are beautiful. Ditto the surrounding area. Staff is great. Rooms are large & comfortable. However, the rooms need small refrigerators and perhaps microwaves. Calling to make reservations is impossible. The phone system cuts out & extension nos. cannot be heard. For 2 yrs. Great family get away at beautiful Pere Marquette Park Lodge. Special thanks to Melissa,Sabrina and Darlene. They helped make our family stay very enjoyable. Kids loved the large indoor pool. Food and service at the lodge restaurant was outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit.

We spent two nights here in February (37th wedding anniversary). The lodge is a lovely space, a 1930s CCC project that has been updated and very well-preserved. There is a range of lodging options, and we chose a king room with river view. Ended up on first floor facing river, but had to look over or around the air handling...

The Eagle Days Deal is something special. For $99 a couple gets a room or cabin, two dinners, two drinks, and two breakfast, on Monday through Thursday nights. Besides the great food, you will have access to a wonderful nature center and over 10 miles of beautiful hiking trails. This is a great and inexpensive getaway!!!

We went here recently for an eagle watch package. $99 for a night lodging, two dinners, two drinks and two breakfasts. Limited menu to select from but wse had two good home style meals. The rooms are in an old (1930) lodge but modern and remodeled and clean. I'm going back and so afre the threeother comples that attended.

Pere Marquette Lodge is a great place to go and just getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It's peaceful there and the setting provides a wealth of different activities for those who love nature. The hikes are challenging but not too much for anyone in reasonable condition and you can can walk right out of the lodge...

This is the most beautiful old lodge we've ever been to. Great location on the river. Food was really good the rooms were very large and clean. Sitting on the front patio watching the river traffic is a very relaxing experience.
