The owner was great when making reservations but after they get your money forget a response. Took my spouse here for a quiet birthday. Next to a bar where people are loitering parking was horrible! People at the bar throwing beer bottles and glass breaking! If it was advertised next to a bar and another diagonally across the street. We...

My siblings and I met in the Cardinal Cottage to regroup after losing our youngest brother to ALS. I had thought the theme was the cardinal bird, but it turned out to be St Louis Cardinals! How appropriate, as my brother was a great fan! I thought this was a sleepy nothing town, but it turned out to be quite...

A niece told us about Grafton, Illinois as a nice place to set in a restaurant and watch the Mississippi River flow by. So looked and found Jeni J's Cottages. Being a Sunday night they had opening. Well we were pleased. Stayed in the Owners Cottage as it is called. Wonderful king bed, little kitchen area, nice bath and nice...

Stopped by because the place was cute and looked interesting. It was cute, had some cute things to purchase. Whoever was working wasn't friendly at all. Never spoke to any of us :((, we would try again if we were ever in the area again.

Was looking for a last minute place to stay in the Grafton area and found this place. Easy check in and check out. The house was clean and ready early for us when we arrived. Will stay here again on future trips!

We rented one of the stone cottages for a bachelorette party and were so happy. It was very spacious and clean. This cottage held 8 comfortably and even had enough towels for all of us. You cannot beat the location, everything is in walking distance and the Grafton Winery is only a few steps away. There are so many quaint...

This is my second time staying in the Cardinal House at Jeni J's. The experience has been top notch both time. Clean & well kept, it was even decorated not only in a Cardinals theme, but with a Christmas tree and all the other trimmings of the holiday. It's the perfect house for three couples to share. Plus it's right...

We stayed in the Wharf cottage. King size bed is very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Centrally located. Nancy, the owner, is very nice. We stayed on a Tuesday night & it was very quiet. It does sit next to a pizza restaurant/bar but it wasn't open that night. I'm not sure how quiet it would have been had...

As part of the large party that invaded Jeni J's at the end of January I wanted to say that we had a wonderful time. The cottages were great-close to lots of fun things to do but still private. I was lucky enough to stay in one of the cottages with a whirpool tub-greatly appreciated Sunday morning!! Will be bothering...
