Very friendly, beautiful view and rooms. Had a very peaceful weekend and would recommend this to everyone I know. The perfect getaway from busy life. If you come the view of the river and wildlife is fabulous as well.

Two nights for the price of one...what a steal! When not enjoying local cuisine and wineries, I spent the majority of my time on the porch in my turquoise rocking chair listening to the wildlife and loving the view. The view is exquisite. Cannot wait to come again...

My husband and I wanted a quite weekend to reset and rest. We decided to book an overnight trip to Grafton and stayed at The Tara Point Inn. Once we stayed we realized one day just wasn't enough and wished we could have stayed longer. You can choose to stay in the Inn or in a cabin and we picked...

My husband and I booked Cottage #1 (Dogwood) for one night for our anniversary. We weren't sure what to expect. To begin, it's such a great location. It is central and is easy to access. Don't get me started about the grounds. It's gorgeous. As we were coming up the drive, we saw two does grazing next to the road....

My husband and I took an overnight trip to Grafton and chose Tara Point Inn to stay at. All we can say is WOW! You can stay in the Inn or in a cabin and we chose a cabin. It's a given the view is AMAZING but the cabin was such a great experience. I think the owners have thought...

We were one of 3 couples who spent one Sat in May at Tara Point. We spent the day in Grafton wineries and the evening in the house. The house is well-equipped and was perfect for relaxing with friends. The breakfast in the a.m. was included, and enjoyable. A bit pricey, but where else can you find such a large...

My husband and I love Grafton. We decided to stay here for our anniversary. It has a wonderful view! The cabins are nice too. Wonderful view from the private deck and very nice inside. They are duplex cabins and all are right next to each other. The kitchen was handy with a nice basket left in the fridge, and the...

We stayed at one of the Dogwood cottages. It was nice and quiet for a couples getaway. The cottage was nice and spacious with a king bed and two person whirlpool tub. There was a "breakfast basket" in the cottage for the next morning filled with juice, fruit, muffins and bagels. The view was beautiful from our cottage and can't...

We stayed in the cabins so I'm not sure what the Inn had to offer but we loved the cabin! It was our 10 year anniversary and we wanted something quiet/romantic which is exactly what we got. The cabin was very nice, spacious, clean with everything we could have wanted (fridge, micro, jetted tub, fireplace, comfy king size bed). The...

The cottages at Tara pointe are the most relaxing and comfortable place we have stayed in the Midwest. You are taken by the view when you are trying to get luggage out of the car. The most comfortable King bed ever. Sleep like you have never slept before after a few minutes in the oversized jacuzzi tub. The view from...

“Cottages are in the trees. Nice to wake up seeing animals playing”

“There are several cabins and these are so nice & quiet. If you like being around other people, the rooms in the house looked very nice too.”
Kimbohaley, Jun 24, 2015 | Read review
“There are two rooms inside of the Inn that access a shared balcony. The largest room is a suite and it does not. The rooms inside of the Inn have the most spectacular views. The cottages are roomier, with a more limited view of the water and bluffs.”

“All rooms have a view of the rivers.”

“We stayed in a lower-lever unit, only one available, but will try to get upper lever unit next time, if it is available. But all offer some view of the river, deck area to sit, so no heartburn at all about it. Rooms are no smoking (okay on deck areas).”
