The sites are reasonably spaced apart from each other. There is a hiking trail nearby. The owners are friendly and the prices are fair! This was one of the best campgrounds we visited on a three month road trip!

We needed a place to stay with electricity since it was so hot and humid. This place was clean, quiet and had easy to pull thru sites. Nice and level so we didn't have to unhook our fifth wheel. Do not use google maps directions unless you can fit under a 10 foot overpass. Follow the blue camping signs for...

Wonderful host, knew we were with another family and suggested a different spot than we had reserved. It was a great tip for newcomers to the CG. Oh boy the showers and bathrooms are soooo clean! Looking forward to our next stay!

Great place for a night or two -- great wifi -- first device is free --others at additional cost -- Located on a canal - with kayak rental available --- the town is quiet -- typical Mayberry USA -- The sites are large. Lots of tree cover. Fairly level sites.

Terrible crabby host I would be ashamed to have these people running my campground such a nice place hosted by rude people. These people hate children they expect them not to touch or do anything our group of 12 camping families will not be visitiing here again until they have new hosts. We camp all over the tri- state area...

I think these people have the wrong park. The only people who work here are the owners and they are more than friendly and helpful. No one has ever called us crabby.

We recently bought an rv so we camped here to try it for first time. Campground is clean, bathrooms clean, owners friendly. Nice place to walk dogs by canal. Restaurants, Walmart, etc close by. It was a nice relaxing place to stay!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Like most private campgrounds, the sites are very close together. This seems to be an older campground and not set up well for the bigger camping units used today. The campground is clean and well maintained. All hook-ups worked well.

Note: check in is after 3:00 pm. Medium sized campground. Layed out well, bigger Rigs together tenters near the restrooms. Accommodated our 37 foot 5th well well, with 30 and 50 amp electric and sewer hook up. They also have a sewer dump station. Campground located right next to a canal, great for kayaking. The canal has a gravel path...

Stayed here in October. Very quiet, as the season is winding down. Surrounding corn/soybean fields were being harvested, which was very interesting. Close to Quad City attractions and interstate. We stayed here in a 43' motorhome and it was tight but very do-able and the owners went out of their way to find us an appropriate site. Very shady so...

Geneseo Campground has a great rural location; surrounded by corn fields and next to the historic Hennepin Canal. GC has about 75 sites, most were pull-thru, a large number shady. Our gravel WES site was fairly level with a reasonable amount of grassy space between RV sites. They also had 4 rustic cabins and one yurt (all with A/C) for...

Clean, quiet campground. Shady with pull through sites. Hookups include water, electric and sewer. 50 Amp electric available. Try our rustic log cabin accommodating up to 4 people or our yurt which accommodates up to 8 people. Pets are welcome except in the yurt.
