Welcome to The Inn at Felt Manor, and the Coach House and Stable Studio at Felt Manor. This historic home, built circa 1850, sits prominently atop a hill overlooking downtown Galena. The lovingly restored Coach House can accommodate up to 6 guests. This brick carriage house and stable have been fully restored adding modern conveniences. The space includes 2 bedrooms, king and queen, as well as a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Also features 2.5 baths, gas fireplace, smart TV, and high-speed internet. The space has a kitchenette, dining table, and private deck. The Stable Studio is a completely separate unit located in the lower level of the Coach House. This ADA-compliant room has a queen bed and large bathroom with a curbless shower with two shower heads. Also includes a mini-fridge, high-speed internet and smart TV for all of your streaming apps. Off-street parking. Close to all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment downtown. The Coach House and Stable Studio at Felt Manor are open and available for bookings while the main house is undergoing restoration (scheduled to re-open in the summer of 2023).

This was one of those places where the home and accommodations even exceeded what it looked like from the pictures. Tasteful and exquisite balance between original historical furnishings and updated decor. Great location, can’t wait to return!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the newly renovated Stable Studio, attached to the Coach House. Incredible hospitality, beautiful room, unbeatable view, and extremely walkable from downtown if you can handle the stairs/incline. Very short drive downtown if you can't. Would recommend to anyone coming in to stay in Galena for the weekend. Helped us have a fantastic mini-moon.

The Coach House was perfect for two couples! It was beautifully redone and a fun place to stay in. It was clean and ready before normal check-in time, which was convenient because we got to Galena early afternoon. Lisa accommodated our every request and solved our one small issue immediately. Looking forward to seeing the main house completed and enjoying all the amenities that are normally offered. We will be back!!!

The coach house was more than we expected. Would stay there again and recommend it to parties who need two bedrooms. We needed the sofa bed and that mattress was thin and lumpy. That guest ended up just sleeping on the sofa. Other than that we loved the entire experience. Remodeling is occurring in the main house so the regular bed and breakfast amenities were not available but they provided wine, snacks and beverages. Can’t wait to go back for the whole experience.

We had a wonderful time during our mother-daughter weekend at Felt Manor a couple of weeks ago! Ashley & Audrey were fabulous hosts. They've created such a warm & inviting atmosphere with delicious, multi-course breakfasts, impeccably clean rooms, an impressive 4:00 wine & charcuterie, and fantastic, friendly conversations with the innkeepers in this beautiful, historic home. As someone with dietary issues (both gluten & dairy free), I can honestly say, Ashley's breakfasts were some of the best meals I've ever had!

Absolutely loved the Inn at Felt Manor. The 3 course breakfast (included) was amazingly delicious and so much food. The 4:00 wine and cheese event was equally as amazing (also included). The Inn is a wonderfully restored older home on a hill with great views. We sat on the porch and watched bald eagles soaring through the sky. Very close to all that Galena has to offer. Last but not least, our hosts Ashley and Audrey were friendly, hard working, and very accommodating.
