First time here, and loved it! Booked the King Superior Courtyard room - room #300 or #200, have the best views of the lake from the balcony! Very relaxing trip. Beds are super comfortable - pillows are too soft though but that seems to be typical no matter where we go.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We came in to our room being 61 degrees. Our experience in the restaurant was horrible, took an hour to receive our food while people seated after us got their food before us. The server had forgotten us. We had no hot water and we couldn’t sleep due to a loud wedding right below us. We left in the middle of the night and stayed at BW. It was so much better.

My boyfriend treated us to a wonderful golf weekend. The drive in was beautiful! We stayed at the lodge to be closer to pool and restaurant. The staff at the front desk were so nice and friendly. Check in was fast. Headed to our room and it was huge! Clean too! After settling in, went downstairs to have a drink and something to eat. I loved having the restaurant just a few steps from our room. The next two morning we were off to golf south and north course. Beautiful courses! All around great time and every where we went the staff was so friendly. Best weekend in a long time and a much needed getaway. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

It was perfect! We went with my son and his pregnant wife and our dog. We rented a 2 bedroom pet friendly villa. Check in was very smooth, they were able to accommodate our early check in request. All the reception staff were so welcoming. The Villa was very well appointed and clean, beds were super comfy. Our Dog was treated like a celebrity, getting treats in lobby, proshops, Richard , Bob and Steve at East course were fun and full of info about the area. It is very obvious that DOGS ARE WELCOME, and that made our trip perfect. We took him everywhere with us, on our pontoon ride, and he loved it. Stacy at the dock was really great, beautiful lake. (no swimming, that was a bummer) . It would be nice if they opened the pool roof. The spa was lovely, the staff there, Julie and her co-workers were so accommodating, we all enjoyed the relaxation room, before and after our treatments. My DIL had a Mommy to Be massage and loved it. WE will definitely be coming back.…

Food for all meals was fantastic but the dinner was melt in your mouth for the salmon and prime rib. The service staff were so friendly and helpful that we ended up staying longer. Facility has marvelous clean modern design with shopping and beauty amenities.

We had a great time at Eagle Ridge over the 4th of July holiday! The check-in process was smooth and easy, the rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! The breakfasts were very good (kudos to host Jack for his very friendly greeting every morning :) they included an omelet station, pancakes or french toast and fresh fruit choices. The resort was clean and well-maintained, the pool is only indoors and the decor is more traditional. There are lots of walking & biking trails around the resort with challenging hills and a beautiful golf course. Lake Galena is located right behind the resort and pontoons, kayaks and small paddleboats are available for rental. The staff are the best!! All the ladies behind the check-in desk were very friendly and helpful! Jim & Sean, shuttle drivers, were also wonderful and made our trips fun & memorable. The complimentary shuttle service was a big plus and we greatly appreciated the 2 Tesla chargers!! We will return and thanks again!…

Excellent accommodations for wedding guests attending a nearby wedding venue. All guests enjoyed rooms at the Main Lodge or several of the residential properties, golf courses, restaurant and pool. The staff were professional and very helpful. The Eagle Ridge Resort shuttle service was very helpful to guests attending events in Galena.

We truly enjoyed our golf week at Eagle Ridge! The courses are breathtaking and the whole resort is so well groomed and taken care of! The staff was wonderful! The shuttle is a fantastic perk and the driver, Pete, was so much fun! We will never stay anywhere wise when visiting Galena!!

If the AC worked in our first room we would have given 5 stars. Shame we had to be relocated after unpacking. Would have liked a a la cart menu for breakfast not a buffet. Rooms are spacious. View out window included a lot of rotting facia next to a beautiful view of the lake.

Nice trip, good weather. The house we were in needed some TLC. Not as nice as our first stay at the same house. The bed had an awful foam rubber mattress on top of the regular mattress. Like sleeping in a hammock. You sunk in. We are not heavy people.
