After a year and a half restoration and re-imagining, Lincoln Way opened its doors to guests on July 11, 2015! The Inn pays tribute to its turn of the century (1912) roots, with modern meets history approach. The home is unbelievable and the hosts have left no detail left out. We can not wait to return. This B&b is a restored historic home remodeled for this exclusive purpose. Beautiful home, grounds and people. Food was absolutely amazing from French pressed coffee to handmade baked goods.

I would recommend this to any age, any experience. It is 5 star and every detail is accounted for…each room has unique characteristics and detailed our to fresh flowers, water and chocolate before bed. The sauna was a wonderful added bonus!

We attended a family wedding and stayed here at the Inn. Jodi and her staff were amazing. They thought of every possible scenario to make this wedding a complete success. We woke up in the morning and walked around the little town of Franklin Grove for exercise. After that we drove a couple of miles to see an entire herd of Buffalo grazing in a field. Even after growing up in this small town area, we were completely surprised to find such a hidden gem so close by. Thank you for taking the BEST care of us for three days.

This is a B&B about 1 ½ hrs away from Chicago, I went with my husband to meet some other couples who where also staying there for the long weekend. We were greeted by Jodi, who works there she showed us around this magnificent house which was laid out so eloquently. The first floor has a beautiful foyer, large living room for sitting and watching TV, 2 huge Dining areas with 2 large tables for sitting and and 1 for eating and one we used to place our munchies to snack on, They have a cute bar area which is where everyone kept their spirits, with a automatic ice chest. Their were game boards available to use. Their is a small cubic frig that was available for guest to use in common area. Expresso machine with lots of flavors to use.

I have wanted to visit Nachusa Grasslands now for a very long time - so I made it a destination for my 50th birthday. When looking for places to stay in the area I came across the Lincoln Way Inn. From the very fist steps of planning our 2 night stay to our informational prairie chat as we were leaving - everything about the Lincoln Way Inn was special. Lisa and her crew were charming and helpful! Breakfast was thoughtfully planned and delicious. Every room we booked was a unique mix of old and new with a sophisticated streak of fun. It was a memorable and meaningful weekend! Thank you so much!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful rustic oasis. Not only was the food amazing but the accommodations were equally as wonderful. This was our first time staying here but we will defiantly be back. We may even bring the rest of the family next time. Not a single complaint. They nailed it!!!

This was our second year to bring our growing family together to celebrate this season of good cheer, Family and Christmas. Even through all of the limitations imposed by Covid, the proprietor, staff and services did NOT suffer an ounce. The Inn is impeccable, the staff is outstanding, the food preparation presented delicious options of hearty, homemade goodies. My family has fallen deeply in love with this destination and can't wait to return. There are so many amenities to list, I wouldn't do justice to explain how the warmth and spirit of Lincolnway Inn adds to the overall experience of our stay. Multiple rooms to gather as a family or group to share the precious moments so important to us as a busy family. Once you visit here, you will most definitely be hooked!
