I came for business but my son lives close by and I lived around here for many years so really wanted to stay somewhere quiet and peaceful that would remind me of my old farm. This is the most beautiful place - the view spectacular, the host is welcoming and friendly, the lodges are so clean and modern and comfortable - I could live in one! Every single time I come to visit my mum or my son I will stay here - cannot recommend highly enough.

Booked direct and received a very friendly & helpful welcome during our 5 day stay visiting family nearby, and good interaction with hosts virtually daily. Highly recommend this very clean, modern and well equipped lodge with outside space to enjoy the evening sun! Would happily stay again. Alison and Vic

Very nice, clean and spacious room with great en suite shower room and kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances .. no washer but you don’t need that. Warm heating, towel rail , large tv and windows onto garden. Excellent white fresh bedding, thick plush towels and great lawned area to sit out on . Place was quiet, plenty of parking .

The hosts could not have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was very clean and modern. It was well situated for Lowestoft and Southwold. Would recommend it to anybody. Jayne and Michael.

Beautiful apartments offering everything you need for a break. Rooms are kitted to a very high standard including high quality towels and bedding, everything you need to cook with, smart TV and blueray player! John greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment and explained how everything works. He has clearly put a lot of time and money into the lodges and makes you feel very welcome! Fantastic location which is very convenient to visit Gt Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Pleasurewood Hills and Africa Alive. Although it is situated on the A12 it is very quiet! Would definitely return if in the area.

Just got back from a lovely little break away to the seaside and a stay at Barn Owl Lodge. On arrival we were greeted by the owner and shown around the chalet that we had been allocated. He was extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was very well equipped with everything that we could have needed for our stay.The surrounding area of the Lodge was very well kept and we spent quite a bit of time in the grassed yard area, sitting out at the table for drinks and our meals. We had scheduled a little BBQ of our own and the owners even offered us the use of their gas BBQ. All in all we had a very pleasant few days here and felt very relaxed by the time we left. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything you need for your stay. Very peaceful considering its beside the A12. Ideal for visiting Gt Yarmouth or Lowestoft. Can't fault anything. Much better than a hotel which I had originally planned ..... would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms were nice and clean, had lovely towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. kitchens had all we needed to cook with. Location is quiet considering being on the A12! Will be coming back again next year.
