. good convenient location,basic room, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable with a wonderful helpful staff. Parking on site a plus. Have stayed many time and am always greeted as more of a friend than customer. Staying here wwhen in Chicago is a no brainer!

Not too bad

Staff was friendly and gave great advice for navigating downtown Chicago. Ease of the red line train was a plus! The hotel is old and the carpet is dirty, but everyone was friendly. Breakfast wasn't the best we had, but it was alright.

Chicago trip

Staff was very friendly. Quick check in/out. Able to give us info about the area and how to get to places. Private parking for the hotel with no issues finding a spot. Comfortable bed. The room was very clean.
