What was supposed to be a great anniversary was ruined by having a allergic reaction to the incense plugins they had in room and thoughout hotel. It caused my eyes to burn and caused chest pain. It was like going thru chemical warfare training in the army with mustard gas absolutely painful. I ended up checking out the next day they didn't care when I told them. They still charged me for two nights when I only stayed one night. You really shouldn't have stuff in your hotel that people can be highly allergic to that can kill them.

This is one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. Stayed on a Saturday night and it was very quiet. I felt very safe here and the staff were friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast but the coffee was good. Highly recommend

I stayed at this property for eight days the beginning of May while I was visiting my sister. The staff was friendly and the property everything I needed. I need to have a clean, quiet, and convenient location and this one fit the bill. I will stay here again when I go back in September to visit my sis.

Quick check in and great ladies at front desk. Very spacious room with larger fridge and microwave. Very comfortable beds and very clean room. I still Lysol everything in a room, but loved the touch of the remote control in a baggie. The breakfast had a lot of variety: waffle machine, gravy and biscuits and scrambled eggs. Plus the pastries and cereal, yogurt and applesauce etc. You have plenty of restaurants nearby. I traveled alone and felt 100% safe.

Traveled from Pittsburgh PA to Edwardsville IL for a family gathering and there really is a comforting vibe here. I love that it felt like home. The rooms are so spacious, which was great for my family of 3 little ones and 2 adults. It was SO CLEAN compared to other hotels on our road trip. The location is perfect, price is perfect and the front desk staff made me feel like we were already friends. 10/10 would recommend over the big chains nearby.

The staff is very friendly!! My daughter goes to SIUE so I have stayed here several times. The location is great, right by the college. This may sound silly but I love the fact that they have liquid hand soap in every room (I hate bar soap).

Came to the city to see the PBR with our kids, brought our youngest back to college, and chose to stay with you! Always welcoming, always spotless, always perfect. The suite and the jumbo tub is the best part! The fantastic coffee is a close second!

Clean except for bath towel hanging on hook on back of bathroom door. Water pressure in shower was poor. Otherwise room was nice. Breakfast was typical. Price was great. Much better than most hotel rooms. First time stay in this hotel and hotel chain. I’d go back.
