Fieldways was the first B&B we stayed in during our 16 day vacation. Alan was the perfect host, greeting us warmly and with tea, sherry and biscuits. We loved the kitties, seeing the beautiful gardens and local scenery, but mostly we enjoyed getting to know Alan and Pauline. Breakfast was delicious; you could have the big "English fry" or just...

This hidden gem is located in Cold Aston, Cotswold. A working pastoral village. The owner, Alan Graham, is a wonderful, knowledgeable man, and a fine cook. He knows the area and many other parts of England and Scotland. My wife and I felt like we were home and safe. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

This is truly a bed and breakfast with a difference! The b and b is tucked away in a tiny precious village, that boasts only one pub, but is so accessible to the millions of little villages surrounding it. Allen's attention to detail is phenomenal, and he truly makes it his mission to meet your every need. The room was...

My husband and I visited the lovely Cotswold area in January. When in England we love to stay at B&B's and we have stayed in many. Originally we were going to stay in a B&B closer to Bourton on the Water, however decided it would be nice to experience staying amongst nature and fields as this is something we never...

Although I only stayed for two days I grew so attached to this B&B that I didn't want to leave. The host is a very interesting and attreactive gentlemen, and my experience was unlike any other B&B. I also want to highlight the breakfast, which was even better than top-class hotels, to be honest.

This is a gracious home in a lovely village, but what makes this place so special is the host, Alan. We were welcomed warmly by both Alan and Pauline when we arrived and thoughout our stay were treated to the best hospitality ever! The little extras we were offered are too numerous to mention - way above and beyond any...

I do not make a habit of writing reviews but feel compelled to do so in this instance. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alan and a smile and felt at ease instantly and for the three days we were there it just got better to the extent that we didn't really want to leave, During our time with Alan...

Our one-night stay at the Fieldways was the perfect way to start our Cotswolds journey. Alan welcomed us with wine and great conversation. Our attic room with two twins, while a bit cramped, was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was a tasty smorgasbord, exactly what you'd expect for a traditional English breakfast. Before we set off to our next destination,...

My family and I stayed at Fieldways this week. The house is wonderful and Alan was so welcoming I could happily have stayed forever. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable with added extras such as slippers and bath robes. Alan encouraged us to treat the house like home and we enjoyed sitting and chatting in the drawing room and...
