We stayed between Christmas and New Year. It was ridiculously beautiful. Thick snow, clear or dreamily misty skies, sparkling ice hanging from the trees. Our girls thought they were living out Frozen. The treehouses are exceptional in both design and how they are provisioned and furnished. We were a party of 5: Us two parents and our 3 girls - 6,10,13. We all loved living on top of one another for a few days and being so together. Not sure we could have kept it up for longer than a few days though - my ‘occasional’ snoring might have created a family rift eventually! But our few days of cooking together, lighting fires, board games, going out getting cold, coming back getting warm, was just simply heaven. I strongly recommend getting the breakfast and evening dinner ingredients and recipes. They are generously proportioned and the recipes are both simple and imaginative. Those that were provided to us were perfect for the season and the weather. I cooked one ‘Hunter’s pot’ (hearty venison stew with juniper berries and sour cream) outside one afternoon in minus 8 degrees temperature - an absolute joy, even if my glass of wine did freeze. Our hosts, Kristian and Christine, were thoughtful, generous, easy to communicate with and happy to answer any queries. It was a joy to appreciate and share in their vision. I can’t recommend a few days here more highly - either with family, or hopefully one day for us, just as a romantic getaway.…
I would highly recommend this. We celebrated Norway's National Day on May 17, and the hosts had set flags when we arrived at the cabin. It was incredibly nice done. The cabbin lies in an incredibly sheltered and lovely space. We were 4 people renting the cabin and it was more than good enough space for us. The kitchen and dining area have an amazing view. The sunset from the cabin was absolutely magical. Great that there is inlet water, with both shower and toilet. It was nice to sit outside to enjoy the sun, with bonfires and something good in the glass. If you want to rent this cabbing, do not hesitate !! you will not regret such an experience. Rate this 10/10
We had an amazing stay in the tree top cabin. The interior was cool and Nordic, the kitchen snug but well equipped and the view was stunning. We ordered breakfast and dinner baskets, and the food was very good. We were three people (two adults + one kid) and this was perfect. While it says that the cabin fits 6, I think that would be very tight.
Perfect place for us with 6 beds in a challenging corona period. The kids were very excited and the cabin was safe for playing. Sort we Disney Get to tru the treeclimbing, Didnt have the time. We will do this again.
PAN delivers not only a highly unique and super cool self service accommodation, but also a concept that gives you the opportunity for relaxation and meditation. Their attention to details in every aspect is amazing, information before the stay, check-in process, preheated rooms, candle lights that welcomes you, the prepped outside fireplace, the right amount of equipment and amenities, and the chance to experience the view and total silence without any disturbance, really exceeded our expectations. Probably the best hotel experience ever!
Beautiful cabins in the middle of the woods. Everything has been carefully thought about so you are comfortable during your stay. Beds were super comfortable and the view amazing! You can take a walk in the forest and pick berries which was a fun activity for us
Extremely cool place, tasteful interior, smart layout, and simply a unique and breathtaking construction, an architectural masterpiece, perfectly located in the forest, with an amazing view. Thank you PAN Treetop Cabins for an unforgetable weekend!
