Lovely place. Excellent food and helpful staff

I regularly drive between Manchester and Lviv, Ukraine so am always looking for a good 'half way' stopover. This place is ideal. It is clean, smart and maintained to a very high standard. The staff are helpful and friendly and the owner always welcoming. Have eaten here a few times and never been disappointed. Menu is interesting, yet still familiar with well-presented food served efficiently in a leasing restaurant setting. Will always try to stopover whenever I'm passing. Recommended.

Super lunch in well-designed restaurant

Popped in for lunch whilst passing through. The enthusiastic chef took time to guide us through the menu and a lovely meal followed soon after. Rooms are clean, warm and quiet with en-suite. Prices are very reasonable, and I will use for overnight pitstops whenever I'm in the area.

Good food and clean hotel missing servise

we stay there for a few day in winter 2014/15. We enjoyed the food and the hotel environment . One night we went to hot tub and we need to pay extra per hour???? I did not not hear it before Ok we did water was not the most hot one and you can smell that the water is there for while. Next morning we have a few red spots from the boths on our bodies where swimming trucks are skin is touching. Very interesting gift. Thank you. The hotel is nice and morgen but some of the equipment is lold and should be replace it . Breakfest very nice simple and to the point. Coffee by self service but the coffee machine did not work. Later 10 minutes we learn that no water. If you think that you will come to your room and cleaning Servise will wish your room and make it nice. Forget it it is not a part of your deal. Trash cans are very small and do not wait that somebody will clean them during your stay. Very interesting approache to make you feel like home. If we come back sure we will stay again but you just need to know these a small issues that you are not disappointed during your stay. HDTV and Internet. If you have kids you know what I am saying. Very good beer and food and again they try make as their almost feel like home. Just some of the things what you take it for basic. Internet work very well not like in Germaney where you can get Internet but very very slow and TV do not have access for HDTV. Thanks you…

Small wedding party

We had a small family weddings party in this hotel. Hotel has just a few rooms or suites with stairs to the bedroom. Very quiet location. We were very satisfied with the level of service during the wedding party. Quality of food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was quite limited due the the fact there we were just a few there.
