This place has every thing you love about B&Bs. Outstanding breakfast, interesting building with lots of history, comfortably furnished, super nice host... If you like B&Bs at all, this is a great place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for one night while visiting family in Du Quoin. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and the house was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious-good coffee, fruit and yogurt, eggs benedict, and fried potatoes. Will definitely stay again!

When I travel to DQ to visit family I always stay at Francie's. The owners, Debbie and Roland are gracious hosts and run a comfortable, clean and welcoming B&B. The food is fantastic - best in the region!

Just spent 3 nights at Francie's while visiting family in DuQuoin. The owners, Roland and Debbie made our stay so enjoyable. The breakfasts were far better than any restaurant. We had such a good time and look forward to our next stay.

Vernon, except for the one episode during which I stayed at a local motel. Do not make that mistake !! Francie's is...

I recently stayed at Francie's, along with my Sister and Friend. Our rooms were comfortable, cozy, and warm "being at home" atmosphere. Our Hostess, Debbie was very nice, friendly, helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. Unlimited coffee, gorgeous interior. I will definitely stay here when I visit DuQuoin in the future.....

My sister and I stayed here on Saturday, October 22, 2016. This place is a gem! The owners were very hospitable and delightful. I loved the character of the home and the front porch with the rocking chairs. The food was exquisite! For breakfast, the first course was a belgian waffle topped with a baked peach with a cinnomon glaze...

We spent two nights here this weekend taking in a couple wineries on the Shawnee Wine Trail. It was wonderful. Debbie is an amazing hostess. The breakfast were outstanding. We definitely will be coming back.
