One thing you'll notice using the south side door is a grass lawn that is COVERED with LARGE dog feces in various stages of decay. Even the strip of grass in front lining the parking area is covered with dog feces. It makes no sense the property management does not enforce rules that an owner cleans up after a pet. It is not sanitary. It is nauseating to see. It is not an appealing sight as you leave/return to the property. The Wi-Fi is a pathetic joke. A lot of times you can't even do a simple Google search without having to reload the page 2-3 times. The property does offer a nice breakfast snack bar. A handful of guests deem it appropriate to treat it as a "grocery market" and empty the various racks and baskets of drinks/foods on a daily basis. On more than one occasion, I've seen certain persons come down with a grocery bag and proceed to fill the bag. The breakfast is offered daily. It is beyond me why a single person feels the need to grab 20 bags of oatmeal, 25 packets of coffee, 20 snack bars/muffins, 10 pieces of fruit, 15 packets of hot chocolate, and all the sugar packets in one go.
On a positive note, the staff at this property is excellent, courteous, and friendly.

We appreciate the kind comments about the staff; however, we apologize that the outside grass was not properly kept and there was a strong odor in the area. In response to your feedback, I am working with the staff to ensure we are educating our guests on proper waste etiquette. Also, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed our grab and go breakfast. While we try to preserve it for all to enjoy, we are unable to control the amount each guest takes. Cleanliness is not a top priority here. The bathroom sink drain was slow, but working, so I decided not to say anything. Without letting me know, someone came in and took a nasty wad of hair out of the drain and threw it in my trash. A very uncomfortable feeling walking into your room and discovering someone had been there in your absence.

To all who view this review, this property is centrally located by restaurants, expressways, two major malls and hospital and consumer shopping stores within 1-3 mile radius. Now the true value is the benefits of lodging here and the savings i.e. various rate plans depending on what your individual need is. Weekly, monthly,and corporate rates. This property is highly recommend because of the professionalism and courteous service which I have always received from the General Manager Juanita Hernandez. I have decided here off and on numerous times and the candor of Juanita has been professional but friendly she's a very approachable person with excellent people and communication skills and she's a hard worker. Not surprised at all that her team is also exceptional Jessica, Augustine, Brittany, Destiny, Theresa, and just to acknowledge a few. This location has everything you need for comfort and safety with respect to compliance with the covid-19 safety guidelines. The rooms are have fully equipped kitchen with comfortable living space and in a clean environment. Don't take my word for it if you are seeking lodging wether for business or leisure you will be happy that you chose the Extended Stay. Free parking and Guest Laundry all available for a very affordable price thank you extended stay for being open and over exceeding my expectations for lodging.

I arrived at the property after several hours on the road, and the person at the desk said, "Could you give me about fifteen minutes?" When I asked if I might use the restroom, she said, "We don't have any public restrooms." Fifteen minutes later, I returned to the front desk, and a second person had arrived. However, she said she was waiting for housekeeping. I again asked if I might use the restroom. She suggested the Burger King across the road. When housekeeping finally reported, she called up my reservation and said, "We don't have that room." I was traveling with my wife and sister, along with our two dogs, so I had called two weeks earlier to make sure everything was in order, but now "We don't have that room." She asked the other person if there were any rollaways, but there were not. The solution was to book one of the adults into a second room at full cost. I said it seemed that I was a victim of a bait-and-switch, but agreed to the situation. When I returned home, I called customer service, and it ended up taking four calls, and a total of over two hours on hold, but I finally got the cost of the second room refunded. Three times, I was told to expect a call "within 24-48 hours" from facility management. No such call ever came. A district manager finally called after the fourth call, the district manager agreed to refund my card for the second room.

Other hotels in the area charge much more for similar accommodations. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. If you need anything the front desk will do their best to get if for you.

The receptionist are very patient and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The women at the front desk did great helping others get situated during this pandemic. And I'll recommend friends to this location

Hello I have stayed at this property several times this year and have nothing but great critique to leave. As we all know with the cov19 virus and the collective attempt to keep all cases to a minimum this property has done an exceptional job in complying with the CDC guidelines. All rooms and required protective face mask are required and enforced. Just a personal extension of my gratitude that Juanita Hernandez Augustine head of maintenance Vanessa front desk guest service representative Brittany also guest service representative Jessica and Victoria in housekeeping as well as all the other members of the team have forged together and made it comfortable and safe. Abby is also amazing and all very hardworking. The exterior and common areas are kept sanitized and clean. This property by far has provided me with safety and peace and great rest at an affordable price. Management and Corporate has vetted an excellent professional and friendly team which come highly rated. Great place for families or business travel. The rooms all have been upgraded with excellent cable and newly remodeled rooms. Thank you to Juanita Hernandez Augustine head of maintenance and every one for keeping your doors open and safe yet enjoyable. We appreciate your due diligence and excellent work ethics. The worst stay I have ever had at any hotel. Not only is this place filthy but the service from the staff is the absolute worst. There’s always trash, dirty rags, underwear around the hallways. The Wi-Fi connection is awful even with paying an extra $40 for “enhanced Wi-Fi”. The staff could care less and treat you like a nuisance.

I have frequently stayed here and everytime I must expound on the level of excellence. Friendly and professional. Well maintained property with a sense of safety.
