Me and my boyfriend have to stay here because we’re homeless and the price ratings are through the roof for no reason. It says they serve hot breakfast which they don’t. They have a couple of granola bars and crappy coffee. Front desk doesn’t answer when I see the lady in the back room barefoot and picking her feet not answering anyone. This is gross and we’ve been living here for months and haven’t gotten a free day or anything. All we’ve got is horrible service and the prices have went up everyday. This is ridiculous.

At the Downers Grove ESA , Tukyirah is been a crown jewel in the recent staff and management upgrades. When the place has no sheets this lady will do them immediately and always has a friendly smile, upbeat attitude and is very professional.

I have stayed at 2 extended stays been trying to reach corporate roches,ants,bugs,manger rude Teresa needs to be fired I found trash under the bed when I check in the room Teresa said no house keepers can I clean it up they had move me 3 times and gave me 4 days free thats how bad it was wow this place needs to be shut down even the employees say they be scared to go home and take bugs with them its so unfair how they are taking people money and know the rooms are not right Im praying god step in never in mylife have I seen a hotel like extended stays they all will get what they deserve when answering to God.

Thank you to the amazing staff at the property. Juanita Hernandez is an amazing General manager with a dynamic team of associates that go above and beyond the call of duty. I have frequently stayed here and everytime I must expound on the level of excellence. Friendly and professional. Well maintained property with a sense of safety. Great location for traveling with family and your pets. Centrally located near Chicago, Malls, hospital, grocery store. Onsite laundry facilities open parking adequately lit and best of all affordable. Fully equipped kitchenette with the essential necessity to save money and cook in the comfort of your room. I arrived at the property after several hours on the road, and the person at the desk said, "Could you give me about fifteen minutes?" When I asked if I might use the restroom, she said, "We don't have any public restrooms." Fifteen minutes later, I returned to the front desk, and a second person had arrived. However, she said she was waiting for housekeeping. I again asked if I might use the restroom. She suggested the Burger King across the road. When housekeeping finally reported, she called up my reservation and said, "We don't have that room." I was traveling with my wife and sister, along with our two dogs, so I had called two weeks earlier to make sure everything was in order, but now "We don't have that room." She asked the other person if there were any rollaways, but there were not. The solution was to book one of the adults into a second room at full cost. I said it seemed that I was a victim of a bait-and-switch, but agreed to the situation. When I returned home, I called customer service, and it ended up taking four calls, and a total of over two hours on hold, but I finally got the cost of the second room refunded. Three times, I was told to expect a call "within 24-48 hours" from facility management. No such call ever came. A district manager finally called after the fourth call, the district manager agreed to refund my card for the second room.…
