Rooms were nice and buffet was "Drury food"...good. Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean...and things were just as I expected. If I get that direction again then I would stay there again. There was one little glitch but housekeeping took care of it immediately and took great care to ensure that we were satisfied

All staff were pleasant and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. Easy on and off the interstate. Close enough to St. Louis that commuting was no issue but, far enough away you could dismiss the issues of the big city. Bob Evans restaurant is right next door (walking distance) but there was no need as... More

Adam Fox, the GM, seemed to be everywhere all of the time helping the staff and the guests at all hours. I think he must live there. This is a rare thing to see and the reason this hotel runs so well. Hilton should be so lucky. I love Drury but this one is of a different design and not... More

I will start with the positive. The stellar staff at this location is very friendly and each one aims to give superior service. I can't say enough good things about every person I encountered. Now for the rest of the experience. Our room was very disappointing. It was very tiny even though we got the "deluxe" room. The carpet was... More

The property seems to be an older building but the staff makes it a great stay. Everyone was kind and helpful and went out of their way to make it a great stay. The evening kickback was great as was breakfast. Rooms were very quiet- even close to the common area. Comfortable furnishings. We were able to bring our bicycles... More

This hotel was clean, but dated. It was very conveniently located off the freeway and it wasn't loud. The room was nice and clean. The only negative thing is the beds are too small. The breakfast was good with a lot of hot options. The ladies in the breakfast area were very friendly. One of them offered us tortillas.

We were booked for 3 nights, and the hotel worked hard for us (Katy I think) to find a room in their booked-up place when we wanted to stay another night. Drury Hotels are an excellent value, with good breakfasts (real scrambled eggs) and a "Kick Back" from 5:30-7:30 that is dinner for those tired after a day out. Pasta,... More

Fri 05 Aug 16 Arrived around 9pm having driven from Chicago via "Route 66". Missed out on the kick back but had some popcorn & soda. A good nights sleep was required as our bodies where still on uk time (+6hrs). Great king bed, slept like a baby did not hear the a/c in the background. Breakfast was very good,... More

Drury Inn's are one, if not the, best value in moderately priced hotels. We have stayed at the Collinsville location many times, as it is my wife's hometown. The rooms are always clean, beds comfortable, bathroom spotless. The hot breakfast is very good, with eggs, sausage, biscuits, and all the cold cereals, muffins, yogurts, and juices you might expect at... More

Options available in a short distance from the hotel to eat, but having the option to eat in the hotel at no additional cost is great. Is close to the interstate, but is quiet to all traffic. Dinner and breakfast were basic, but hot and good. Only negative, at least when we reserved, is the only bed size was full.... More
