Expensive, considering it's in a very isolated location. More geared to wards Adults, couples as there is very little to occupy kids & families. Needs on site play ground or outdoor area to amuse/occupy kids while getting fresh air.

The hotel was exceptional considering a portion of it was an old castle. Our room was in a new building made to look like the old castle but with newer amenities. The food was great and the service equally so.

Enjoyed our stay. Most of the staff were lovely except for one receptionist who only seemed to be nice to people with American accents. The room cost €209 per night and the hospitality tray had several tea bags but only 2 coffee pods. If we...More

Beautiful hotel, beautiful spa and amazing grounds 😍😍 thoroughly enjoyed my stay here 🙌🏼.. The rooms were spotless and the bed was HUGEEE .. The spa is definitely a must .. With really helpful staff! Simply beautiful hotel 👌🏻

Stayed recently in self catering lodges and attended a function at the hotel. For a nightly rate of €350 the cottages are a poor offering to be associated with such a grand hotel. Poor quality furniture and fittings together with poorly constructed and insulated floors...More
