I visited Kilronan Castle with a small group for a friend’s birthday, and what an amazing weekend we had! I was first taken aback by the drive on entering the grounds; the Castle and scenery are beautiful! The staff immediately made us feel at home, they were so friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and our rooms were absolutely pristine....

I received a present for this hotel but I could only go on two nights. I sent a very detailed email and rang the hotel. I received a very short reply that basically told me where to go. I got the feeling that they couldn't care less if I stayed or not. They have the money from the voucher and...

Recently stayed here on a 'deal rush' offer. We upgraded to a room in the castle, great value, lovely large clean room, bathroom had under floor heating, luxury. We dined in the bar, food was nice and reasonably priced. The bar is like a sitting room, with armchairs and couches, the only thing missing was a tv, but that was...

My friend and I visited Kilronan Castle Hotel and Spa as a girls weekend away and birthday trip. Prior to arrival, we requested a 'Castle Room' as we had seen reviews on TripAdvisor that had recommended the Castle Rooms and requested two single beds. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the staff and immediately felt relaxed due...

We spent 2 very enjoyable and restful days here. The weather outside was wet and windy so we didn't get to enjoy the grounds but maybe next time. Check in was easy and our room was really good, lots of room, big bed and large bathroom. Alas, the TV was a bit on the small side but that's not a...

This will seem pointless, because I haven't stayed here yet, but I wanted to just mention my phone history with this hotel. I booked an overnight stay for myself and my friend. I originally booked for January 23rd, but had to change, so rebooked for the 30th, but caught the flu, and yesterday had to change the booking again. Every...

A relaxing overnight stay at Kilronan Castle. Room was very comfortable. We went for dinner in the drawing room bar which was really comfortable, warm and welcoming. The bar staff and waiters wer extremely friendly but a little unprepared for the numbers looking to eat in the bar. The spa was a very unusual and noisy experience. No robes or...
