This is place is divine, but what stands out a mile is the customer service and manners of all the Hotel staff. From the outset, I had the lovely pleasure of dealing with Dorcas Toop, planning the trip months in advice.I had a big family weekend affair to organise and as we do this every year for over 15 years, and...

We've just arrived back from 5 days st Kilronan Castle Hotel & Spa. It was amazing. The grounds and hotel are immaculate and beautiful. There's so much to do within the grounds itself and nearby. We stayed in one of the hotels 3 bedroom houses and it was lovely and spacious. Our family were in the hotel in a mix...

The hotel is a fine place. Very well kept, room was clean and the food was beautiful. I liked the servings, they were not huge, just the right size. Perhaps more could be done with the grounds around the hotel. It's in a spectacular setting. Some wider walks and more flowers and attention paid the the garden would really make...

A beautiful place in a scenic setting. Great drawing room to relax in. The food was a big let down - over cooked beef, poor fish, slow service, nobody took our drink order until we went looking for service. Busy day with plenty of events but castle should be staffed for this.

My husband and I checked in and were quite impressed with the castle. He was like a child and was thrilled that he got to stay in a castle. The staff were very friendly and our room was very comfy. It was the best bed we slept in since being in Ireland. The breakfast was lovely and quite filling. The...

Stayed for a wedding overnight. The rooms were beautiful. Very quiet, we didn't hear any of the other guests. We had a buffet breakfast as well which had plenty of choice and gluten free options as well. I would hope to stay there another time. Staff were friendly and check out was easy and fast.

Lovely setting great drive up past the lake to the hotel. We had afternoon tea in the lounge, the food was delicious. Very good service. Now considering a short break here. The building is beautiful and a lovely location.

We were travelling in Ireland and were staying the first three nights in Westport at the Buckfield Inn (fabulous!). As were getting ready to depart, the outstanding hostess, Carmel, suggested a stay at Kilronan Castle. What a great recommendation. The drive up to the castle is awesome. Beautiful setting overlooking a wonderful lake that you can walk around. The staff...

From the moment we drove up the driveway to the castle we were in awe and it continued for 24 hours. This castle to me is worth 10 stars. Our suite was superb with a huge 2 poster bed and a bathroom with a clawfoot bath, views and a heated floor. There was a coffee machine and a large screen...
