I am a traveler from USA but my parents were born in India so i have been coming to India for many years. Usually we stay with family but there are times we have to stay in a hotel for various reasons. Every hotel i ever stayed at in India was only ok until i stayed at Hotel Airlink Castle. They exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms are bright, spacious, and clean. The bathroom has the rare accommodation in India of being fully enclosed. The room service is excellent. The staff at the hotel, restaurant, and rooftop bar was AMAZING! In particular the managers Jikku and Ranjith took care of us the whole time. The bar manager Arul was amazing and made the best margaritas ever. Every day service had the biggest smiles on their face- particularly Shimi who smiled every second we were there. We stayed for 8 days and to be honest i could have stayed here if necessary the whole 5 weeks i was in India. I would and will come here every time for the rest of my life whenever i visit India.

Amazing service with great amenities, very ideally located close to the airport. Brilliant service from Jisonz, Ambili, Stephy and Indu at the front office. The breakfast was very well curated and organized very sophistically. All requests were catered to swiftly during our stay here.

We conducted my sister-in-laws wedding functions at Hotel Airlink Castle. We had booked all the rooms for 2 days and conducted 3 events in their banquet spaces over a weekend. Very professionally run, Shaijen and his team were very helpful, went out of their way to make everyone comfortable, ensured all our requirements for the functions were carried out perfectly. The facilities in the rooms and banquet is well kept and in good condition. The food was outstanding, special compliments to the F&B team for understanding our tastes and having scrumptious food for our guests. Ambili & the front office team ensured everyone was welcomed with bright smiles and all the guests were checked in a seamless and efficient manner.
All in all, we are thrilled that we conducted the pre-wedding functions at Airlink and they were a perfect partner for the event. Thank you Mr. Baiju & team for your partnership through one of the biggest events for us. We look forward to our next stay at Airlink Castle.

Stayed for one night. Close to airport within 10 mins. However that's where all the positive end. On arrival the ground floor was under construction for renovation work. The reception was located on 1st floor. Not a warm welcome but check was fairly smooth and quick. Given 3 spacious rooms. Need better lighting and updating. Complimentary drinking water but extortionate in room extras and mini bar. Our rooms were located on 3rd floor but could hear noise of furniture moving from above theoughout the night. Breakfast and dinner was a small selection but must confess dinner was exceptional. The tomato and chicken soup were delicious had multiple servings. Compliments to Rajesh the chef. Overall ok for a limited nights stay but not as advertised. Not 5 star. 3 star at time of visit maybe after renovation things will change.

This hotel is on a main road and noisy at times. The rooftop bar and pool is nice when lit at night. In our room the following things did not work; the tv, the aircon, the safe. There was no hairdryer and one of the two pillows was mouldy and the minibar empty. We were given water without being told we would be charged. Breakfast was not ready on time and very mediocre. We tried to change a prepaid 4 course restaurant meal for a bar snack but could not. Reception staff were only reluctantly helpful and not welcoming or friendly. Some of our friends rooms were very noisy due to other guests. We were glad to leave.

We found our room with separate beds pleasant and spacious. The beds werde comfortable and the windows protected us well enough from the street noise. The room was clean and appealing. The only thing that unnerved us was the slow room service. I had to intervene twice until we finally got our good night beer - after waiting for more than 20 Minutes. But at least the beer was as cold as it should be. The breakfast in the morning was of excellent quality and checking out was easy, inspite of the fact that the reception hall was closed due to renovation work in progress.
