Stayed there on a girl's weekend. The location is great, and it kept up to Residence Inn standards. The rooms were cozy, fitness center was OK and breakfast was convenient. If I need a hotel near the Magnificent Mile again, I would definitely return.

We were staying here for a wedding and a lot of the activities were at the Drake which was less than a block away. Very convenient and affordable. Great neighborhood as well, cabs were easy to come across.

very nice room and accomadations. great location. Flawless service. would stay here again. only issues I had were the very low quality of the breakfast, compared to other Residence Inns I have stayed at............and the lack of a pool.

I've stayed at this property dozens of times and I've never been dissapointed. My most recent stay was a week ago and the staff was friendly and eager to assist with all of my requests. The rooms are always clean and well appointed. Even in the middle of winter we were able to walk the two blocks to Michigan Avenue...

Location is not only great, but hotel is clean and staff is very courteous! Stayed multiple times now. 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our large family and it is just 2 blocks from Michigan Avenue. Perfect for a business trip or a family vacation. Breakfast is served daily complimentary and dinner on weeknights. Amazing!

We spent three nights here and we were very satisfied. The hotel is well located in the downtown, very close to Michigan Ave and John Hancock Tower. The room was clean and modern, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I asked for some directions. They serve breakfast and also dinner throughout the week but...

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful. Every room is a suite, and even though ours was considered an "efficiency" suite, it was large enough to entertain 3 adult family members and the two of us on Christmas Eve. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Service is excellent and, best of all, it's pet friendly....

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom. As earlier reviewers have said, there is 1 bathroom that is cramped, but we adjusted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well. The living area was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, including the doorman who helped me with taxis on a number...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a one bedroom suite. The decor is alittle outdated and the bathroom was smaller than expected for the room size. The kitchenette was perfect and everything worked great. As far as parking, one block away is a garage that was only $87 for the 3 days total. Overall had a great...

This is an older building which is now a Residence Inn. The room decor is typical, with good lighting, comfortable seating (beds too soft, but that's a personal preference), fully equipped kitchenette, and although the bathroom is small, it's been attractively updated to provide a spacious shower stall with handy shelf for one's own bath things. The breakfast bar and evening...

Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
