My friend and I surprised our daughters (9 and 13) with a shopping overnight in Chicago. Fantastic location, friendly staff, fabulous beds, large guest room with huge windows. We were upgraded to the concierge floor. The pool is a beautiful space, warm, with plenty of seating. The adult only bar and urban rooftop space called "Raised" is excellent. We snuck...

We booked this hotel at the last minute to celebrate my son's birthday with some out-of-town guests. Best decision I made all week! I've stayed at this hotel a handful of times in the past and it is my favorite downtown Chicago hotel (out of the dozen I've experienced). The location is excellent. Great views and easy access to activities...

The location is great. The hotel is modern and a little quirky which is fun. We had breakfast in the lounge on Friday morning and really enjoyed it. The lounge was closed for the rest of our stay (Friday evening-Sun.) which was a little inconvenient. There is a cafe/coffee bar in the lobby and a Starbucks nearby. The room and...

if you have read our reviews you perhaps know how often we stay at this location; upwards of 20 different times over the years. It is our go to place in Chicago. We do love the surrounding area, and Chicago is so easy to walk. While we always stay in a Riviere Suite due to the spacious room, living room...

Chose this hotel as great location for shopping, theater, and restaurants. The hotel has been recently updated with great contemporary style. Beds are very comfortable, room clean and very roomy. Great bar in lobby with good craft beer and mixed drinks. We will definitely stay here in the future. Like all downtown hotels, parking is ridiculously priced.

I used to live in Chicago so I typically go to hotels by my old neighborhood, however, this time I stayed at Renaissance and it has been a wonderful experience. All of the staff has been very accomidating and the rooms are lovely.

Just recently spent a weekend here with my wife. It's the first time we have been back since their remodel. It is very up to date and modern now. The room was spacious with what seemed like a fairly large bathroom for a hotel room. We had a river view which was very pleasant and its location is ideal for...

Renaissance Chicago is located in a convenient location with view to the Chicago theater. It is close to Hard Rock Hotel, House of Blues and Dick's last resort. The lobby has a modern look and the rooms are well kept and decorated.

Location was ideal. Came in on South Shore Line and walked to hotel from Millenial Station. Walked to museums, Michigan Ave. shopping, plenty of restaurants, coffee, convenient stores close by. The "L" station right out the back door so super easy to get around but get a high floor bc it can be noisy. River view is preferred but was...

At the property on a business trip for 5 nights and had a great time. Meetings and conferences utilized the conference rooms and ballrooms, all of which were excellent. Food provided was very good and the food was all different varieties and cuisines. The 3rd floor bar, Raised, was excellent and had an excellent variety of craft beers and cocktails....
