Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.

BizzyBee2012 - Thank you for joining us for St. Patrick's Day weekend. We were very sorry to hear you did not your stay at our property due to issues you had at check-in. While we do try very hard to meet all guests' requests for early check-in, there are occasions when we are unable to do so due to the occupancy of the hotel. We realize however the frustration that accompanies this sort of situation and we want to extend our sincerest apologies. We are also sorry to hear the hospitality our team extended of the drink vouchers and the upgrade to a river view room to accommodate your need for two queen beds did not meet your expectations. We will be sharing your feedback with our team.
