This property is steps to Michigan Ave, Hancock tower and a good easy walk to Navy Pier. The location on the North part of the magnificent mile is perfect. You can easily get to anywhere from Wrigley to the Museums. The room we had was 700 sq ft on a 1 bedroom with a pull out sofa orientation. The bathroom...

Great place! Great location! Great bar and donuts! Great soap! No complaints at all. Everyone was super helpful and nice, too! Will definitely recommend to any couples looking for a great few days downtown. Be prepared... it's an old building, so the elevators have to be small. It's cozy, but worth it!

Spent four nights here with family last week, we had four rooms which were well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Theres no teas made machine in the rooms only a coffee machine, we did not find that a major issue as there is a brilliant coffee and doughnuts shop in the lobby with a first class selection...

We choose this hotel because the internal decor looked stylish and relaxing on the website. We arrived for on Sunday evening , for a two day stay, to be welcomed by two very charming receptionists. But then found that the bar was where the photos were taken is closed on both Sundays and Mondays - so now where to hang...

All of the fixture ps in he bathroom were barely attached to the walls and shower. Outlets and lamps in room didn't work at all. Because we weren't spending too much time in our room we didn't complain or ask to be moved. The location is great so there is a lot of potential for an outstanding properly.

Cute boutique hotel walkable to lake, MCA, and Michigan Ave. Neighborhood is near Northwestern Med School and makes a nice morning run. Near by park with track is great if it's too windy to run on lake front. Request a room that doesn't look over the alley and bring your own kurig coffee: when we left a note for housekeeping...

We appreciate the opportunity to hear about your experience at the Raffaello Hotel. We are thrilled you enjoyed our location near many of the city's finest attractions and scenery. However, it saddens us that your complimentary coffee was not replenished upon your request. In-room amenities are restocked by room service and can be requested at the front desk. Our goal...

The hotel accommodation and staff were excellent. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only downside was the lack of any on site dining facilities although the reception desk referred us to the nearby Weston's Hotel for breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel many times where the valet & bellman recognize me by face & even name . Management is always changing . This Saturday night 2 minutes from checking in I was robbed of my wallet upon entering the elevator . The Drumbar rooftop bar can draw big crowds as what was happening that eve in...

This was our family's first trip to Chicago - 2 adults and 2 children (ages 12 and 10). We stayed at Raffaello Hotel and would definitely stay there again! It is RIGHT next door to the John Hancock building and a block away from great shopping and restaurants on Michigan Ave! The front desk workers were VERY helpful. The door...

Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
