We were given a large corner room which was more like an apartment, really lovely. Very close to shops and Hancock tower. Unfortunately the roof top bar was closed whilst we were here. There was a small private business in the reception area which sold good coffee and we had

The room was a bit outdated, the internet in my room super slow, it took ages to get the elevator. They gave me a coupon for a free coffee and when I went down at the bar to get it they told me that they had to charge me to add some milk. Seriously??? The location is central and

Dear Veronica, Thank you for staying at the Raffaello during your recent visit to Chicago! I hope you enjoyed our central location and the large rooms. I truly want to apologize for the situation at the coffee shop in the lobby. I have followed up with the owner. This should not have happened, and I have made sure it will not happen again. It is my hope that you might consider joining us again in the months ahead as we would love the opportunity to welcome you again and win your heart in full. Yours Sincerely, Ann Olsson General Manager

Most unusual place. Very expensive when compared to neighbouring competitors. It did not appear to have its own restaurant, roof bar only opens Wednesday to Saturday and a small coffee shop open until 5pm (this was the place’s one plus when it was open). The receptionists were

Dear happygoluckyUK, We thank you for choosing The Raffaello Hotel Chicago during your recent visit to our vibrant city and we appreciate this review. I am glad you appreciated the central location of the hotel right on Michigan venue, but it breaks my heart that the rest of your stay didn’t live up to your expectations. I would very much welcome the opportunity to speak with you about it. Please feel free to contact me at aolsson@meninhospitality.com. It is my hope that you might consider joining us again in the months ahead as we would love the opportunity to welcome you again and win your heart in full. First the PROS--This hotel was in a great location. The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of storage for our clothes. And it was a great rate for Chicago ($199/night). Given the price I wasn't expecting a 5* property, but I was expecting more than I

Dear SC-2-Cheshire, Thank you for sharing this detailed review! We truly appreciate to hear from our guests as we constantly is striving to improve. The Michigan Avenue is home to some of the most fabulous dining and shopping experiences in Chicago and our location gives you all of that on your doorstep! I am so sadden to hear about your other feedback. The cafe in our lobby - Turkitch - has just opened and they are still ramping up. They will have much more offerings including breakfast in a few days! However free coffee is available for hotel guests every day 07.00AM - 09.00AM. All rooms have hairdryers so that must have been missed - I truly apologize for that! We had an issue with our soap delivery last week, but of course all rooms have soap and our luxurious amenities form Guy And Girl. It is my hope that you might consider joining us again in the months ahead as we would love the opportunity to welcome you again and win your heart in full. Ann Olsson General Manager
