Hotel staff were all very friendly, and took great care of us. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and the kids amenities. Dinner at Nomi was also great. Looking forward to how the hotel will look after its upcoming renovation, but it was great as it is.
We are frequent guests and adore the staff, location, service and ambience. They always meet high expectations and strive to be excellent. The service, friendly, energetic, personable always excellent, from valet to door, to bellman to front desk to restaurants, everyone is super. Thank you for yet another great experience, worth the price.
First class - and that applies as much to the professionalism and personality of the staff as it does to the incredible hotel they Two nights at Christmas, including plans to host my Chicago family for a Christmas Eve dinner in our room - we had the Bottega Veneta-inspired Lake View Suite to accommodate the crowd. The event staff helped me plan a wonderful evening and an incredible meal. Then a Chicagoan family member tested positive for COVID, the night before our event. From management to front desk staff, Park Hyatt Chicago showed class, empathy, and understanding, even allowing me to cancel the whole event despite meal and staffing plans, with little cost to me. They earned my loyalty, and we will be back. The room: Gorgeous. Huge. Well-appointed. I'd like to live there! Spa/pool - beautfiful, wish we'd had time to use them. Next time. Front desk and valet - so good at their jobs that you could almost take them for granted. Almost. THANK YOU for all the help, the stuffed toy dog for my daughter, the advice for where to go/what to see, the snappy help with arrival and departure. Bitten by the family-member COVID experience, we mostly ordered room service. It arrived quicker than promised, with a genuine smile and intent to make every touchpoint a pleasant experience. Oh, and the food was delicious. My daughter wants to know why I can't make hamburgers and waffles that taste so good! I love Hyatt, but especially Park Hyatt, and this was my first stay at the Chicago property. It's about to close for six months' worth of renovations, and I can't wait to come back and see how they take it beyond the first class experience I just had!…
We love this property, the service and the staff…. The bar and restaurant are great for food and atmosphere. Just a great overall experience, but that’s the way it is every time at the PHChicago…can’t wait for the renovation and we will be first in line to get back for the new look !!
We stay here at least once annually and can't wait to see what the hotel looks and feels like after the remodel beginning January 2. We love seeing Parker at the Park Hyatt. Our room was fine. We did not use the bar or dining this stay. We used the fitness center and pool, which was spotless. The receptionist and doorman, as well as other staff were super friendly and professional.
I had a girls getaway downtown with 2 friends, and we opted for the Park Hyatt. The location is excellent, as we were able to walk all over for shopping and restaurants. It was what you would expect from a Park Hyatt - clean, good service, well maintained. We needed a rollaway bed since there were 3 of us and the 2 beds were full size. If I was a tall person, the rollaway may have been a short. However, I am an average size woman and the rollaway bed was actually quite comfy. We had breakfast there as well, and it was good. Overall, wonderful girls getaway there!
Stayed here for one night on a business trip - couldn't ask for a better hotel, amazing location and excellent service all the way around. Indoor pool was nice & clean and great size. Definitely coming back with the family next time around.
You can't beat the service at the Park Hyatt Chicago. We traveled with our two young children and they loved the house dog, Parker. The hotel staff even brought them two stuffed animals of Parker which made their day. Everyone was great to us.
This hotel is phenomenal from start to finish. The atmosphere is amazing as expected from a hotel right off the magnificent mile. The views facing the old water tower were amazing. And above all else the breakfast and dinner were among the best in Chicago. This is a place I will definitely visit again.
Rooms were in need of updating, but the staff was excellent and really took care of everything we needed. Wonderful location and near all so many restaurants. overall I’d give it a 7 out of 10 just due to room being in need of updating.
