Love this place! What great service. The valet man Will was fabulous! Great personality. Great to pull in and have him greet us. The room was awesome. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Great room with an excellent location close to navy pier, shopping and restaurants. the purple pig across the street is small but great for a drink or a snack! We went to both baseball fields as well and easily took the train. Even had a great experience getting tickets from the concierge!

My 1-night Priceline stay was excellent. The front desk staff who checked me in had a sense of humor restrained by the formality required of a top-rate hotel. Although the hotel is getting quite old (hence the Priceline discounting), and the decor might have been considered fresh in the 1980s, and the crowd can be a raucous (lots of parties...

Classy, immaculate condition and the service was fantastic! Was in town for a wedding and was thoroughly impressed. Would definitely stay here again! The valet was efficient and the service was friendly. Would highly recommend reserving the ballrooms for events.

Lovely historical hotel. I enjoyed its location the most - right on Michigan Ave. in the heart of the bustling traffic. The pool is beautiful and that could arguably be one reason in of itself to stay here. Not many hotels in central Chicago have a pool and it is a neat experience to use such a lovely one, upstairs...

Extremely nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and located in the heart of everything Chicago. Lots to eat nearby and shopping all around. Beautiful old Masonic building inside and out. Lots of quirky period decor in historic tower. First class service. Very quiet room overlooking Lake Michigan. Stunning view.

Overall a good business hotel. If you are going to a convention with several meeting rooms, you will find yourself waliking a few steps as the meeting rooms are spread out over several floors on the Historic side of the hotel. Michael Jordan's bar is fun--cocktails average about $10. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

If you're looking for the kind of high four star service Inter Con can usually be expected to provide - especially outside the United States - do NOT stay at the property. The chain really ought to rebrand this hotel as a Holiday Inn or Crown Plaza and allow travelers to compare it to Best Western or Ramada Inn or...

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding and obtained special rates, as several of the occasions were being held here. Our room was located in the new tower and was very spacious and comfortable. Our daughter who was in the old tower was not very happy with hers (too dark), and eventually managed to relocate to the new...
