The location is really good - practically on Michigan Avenue and near the financial district for business travelers and near attractions for tourists. The price was good, on the low end for this class of hotel. I felt our room was clean but nearing the end of its life to stay in this star rating. Service was consistently good with...

Right in the center of downtown, this hotel is close to major attractions such as Navy Pier, Willis Tower and the Bean. They have a Starbucks/C store in the lobby, which is helpful. Got a great deal for a couple of nights stay. Will return.

I am confining myself to just one aspect of my stay at this hotel. I travelled to Chicago to watch the All Blacks play Ireland with All Black Tours Ltd. Patrons paid All Black Tours and then that company then booked and paid for air fares, accommodation etc. Hyatt Regency still required us to fill out their "booking in" document...

Bed is excellent, staff is friendly, plus the hotel has a great location overlooking the Chicago river, close to the Navy Peer and many other landmarks. The breakfast buffet is very ample and delicious.

Here for a week convention. Service oriented to technology, more than to guests. When asked for information on area sights, both the check-in desk and the concierge, said "well most our guests just use google". When using the internal phone system, you get an automated system. Kudos to the Operator Tisha(?) who provided more information than most of our face...
